  • Inanimate objects are not inherently culpable, people are. That’s why we have accessory laws as in “accessory to murder.” There also needs to be malicious intent, for which a gun, car or any other inanimate object has no ability to posess. The day a memo from a gun manufacturer is found advocating an unjust killing of a person by a product they intend to manufacturer will be the day we all turn in our arms from that manufacturer, but not until then.

  • Something smells funny. While my heart goes out to the family, I still wonder why it has taken so long for these suites to be filed. I have no association with the cases, but why name Lone Wolf as a defendant? I fear that Lone Wolf will be made the scapegoat, setting a president that the seller of a gun (legal or illegal sale) becomes culpable for any actions of the new owner of that gun, which would then be applied to All gun manufacturers.

  • We aren’t starting the presses, we are placing our name on Europe’s loan extension through the use of swaps. Good article on Bloombergs this morning on how this is all supposed to work.

  • Remember all that cash Bernanke was not printing? I think he just went “ALL IN” on the Euro with that cash, and it was probably the plan to do so all along.

  • I might add that we can switch to whatever currency we want, just take your greenbacks to the nearest bank and ask for an exchange to the currency of your choice. I prefer the greenback because they dont have a dictator printed on them.

  • US currency is a note backed by the Government of the United States, so I ask you, we’re the IOU notes issued And backed by the State of California an actual currency used within the United States?

  • “Our first homeland security is STILL the 2nd amendment”

Putting that on a T-Shirt for my flight home next week.

  • Illuminati, Baphomet, Satanist, secrets and a black rapper…

  • Man, Alot of people have forgotten how we got here today – when he was speaker, he stated that we (meaning conservatives) need to move to the left to win more elections. While he does understand the issues, he is Far from being a true conservative and even farther from having true convictions.

Liberals have been putting up the most liberal among them as presidential material. After Obama, isn’t there a mandate that the pendulum swing 180 degrees?

  • If we can prove that Iran was attempting an assassination on US soil, it can and should be taken as an act of war and treated as such. instead, our international policy (or apology really) will be more useless threats of sanctions and isolation which won’t happen. At some point, Irans boldness brought about by Obamas continual show of weakness is going to cost American lives. I believe this should be addressed as an act of state terrorism and an act of war, now, today. This is the opportunity to end this as a result of Iran’s actions. If Obama does nothing, congress could still declaim war and show that the rest of the united states still has a backbone. At least pass a resultion of condemnation for Iran’s actions. I fear we will have to have another 9/11 event before any meaningful action that Iran will understand, is taken.
