  This woman doesn’t know much about dogs. Dogs sense a person putting thier face up close as a sign of AGGRESSION and they will snap back at you. My own dogs do this too to me if I get in thier face. It’s thier normal instinct. NOW she‘ll know better but the owner should’ve warned her too.
