  I live in Austin. He was only convicted because he’s a Republican and Austin proper is pretty liberal. Now if he were a Democrat there would have been a different outcome. Delay said from the beginning that he wouldn’t be able to get a fair trial in Austin.

  Just because you test postive does not mean you’re high. That is one problem with legalizing pot, it will make you test positive for weeks after use even if you aren’t “high”. For the record, I’m for legalizing but I can see when this could be a problem with regulation. They need a better test that is more accurate, not just a positive/negative.

  Beer for minors is more regulated than pot and meth because it is legal. Then there is also the volume factor. It’s more unwieldy to push a 6 pack than a joint :-) If it weren’t so unwieldy, it would be out there a lot more. Just my opinion.

  Look what’s going on in India. They already tried to give them a whole country there, that didn’t work.

  They called off the flag burning and they are still protesting. They say the damage has already been done just by threating to burn a quran. Just shows that giving them what they want does NOT work. Anyone hear about the persecution of Hindu‘s by the muslim’s in India? Why isn’t that in the news? I guess no one wants to offend this “peaceful religion.” People are kidding themselves if they don’t think a holy war is going on, it never ended for islam…..
