  I like your point, GONZO, but what’s the rule on airspace above your property? Is it yours, or is it public space?

  An officer can gaze into your property from the road (and may or may not see anything), so why couldn’t a drone gaze down from above? Also, given the fact that the drone doesn’t have to be directly above your property, all they have to do is hover above a roadway to see in.

  Don’t get me wrong, I’m not disagreeing with your point, just not sure what the current rules are.

  You know, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised at all if that starts happening. However, even aiming a laser pointer at a flying object will put you in the tank for quite a while – the FAA tends to lay the smack down on people that infringe on the rules, just to set an example.

  Don’t really care if the guy supports Walker. He’s kind of an idiot for 2 reasons.

  1 – He jumped out in front of a car.
  2 – He tried to prevent somebody from voting. (Thought only the Black Panthers did that.)
  3 – He jumped out of a freakin’ car.

  Okay, 3 reasons.
