  Vance your holiday comes up in a couple of weeks. The main reason housing costs escalated so much is simply regulations. Try building a house within 100 miles of a large city. You will discover jillions of regulations that frustrate builders, there aren’t very many of them left now anyway. The fools in Washington destroyed the assets of 90% of the people through their incessant rantings on “housing bubble”, never was one only percieved by the totalitarians in charge to take away our ability to succeed.

  I know we can thank Rachel Carson for not having the ability to kill bugs. DDT was NOT a carcinogen. Hexachlorophene was the only bactericide that worked on Staph, we now have massive amounts of staph in the hospitals because of inability to kill bugs. Earl Warren was a lefty loser, and I’m not really convinced Cassius Clay has really helped the U.S. that much.
