  Burning the Koran just to teach them a lesson or for what ever reason is stupid, pointless and makes every person who back it looks like an A$$. As much as people say we are backing down in fear or that we need to send Muslims a message. what message is that? that we are infants who refuse to stand taller and be better then those who hurt us, or follow the very rule that we should follow the “golden rule”. We allow out pride to choke us and we want to start a fight with a group of people whom the majority is against the extremes that their faith is practiced and abused.
  We will be judged by our actions as we should be, and they by theirs. we can stay vigilant and watchful for the extremists without smoking them out or instigating a fight. burning a book thats considered holy to them only makes us look bad and allows them to justify their actions against us.
  they may burn flags, bibles or effigy’s. We aren’t them we are america we must always strive to be better, stand taller and hold to our convictions.
  the only time your standards matter is when it hurts to hold to them. if you cant follow your standards when its hardest then you have no right to claim you have any to begin with.
