  I’m fairly certain that this kid(and/or his friend) will be prosecuted under North Carolina wire tap laws, which makes recording the teacher a felony.

  Guess the editor was awol on this story…

  I’d like to see a piece on the future of people who are arrested for assaulting a police officer during a political protest. Do they go to jail and become some dudes girlfriend, or is it a slap on the wrist and nothing changes for them. It seems like when I was growing up, getting arrested would be a serious setback to your life, even something as minimal as a DUI would cause you problems for years.
