  It is simple, it should be legal if you apply common law. I don’t hurt or infringe on the rights of another, in fact I would be attempting to help my fellow man by saying “hey IF your speeding you might want to slow down” it doesn’t matter why I flash my lights the universal meaning is slow down. Its always mans law (Statuory Law) that screws things up and deprives us of our liberty. Making a law to punish what you don’t like (ruining your speed trap) having no effect on a civil society or the interaction of the individuals that make it up is simply a bad law imposed by a government more interested in ruling than honoring the rights and liberty of it‘s people and who now have become it’s subjects.

  I don’t mean to pick a fight but that is the stupidest thing I have seen posted here. If they get pregnant anyway should we throw them in jail and abort the child for them? Prevent them from getting married? I think enough people are living without the comitment of getting married and it leads to the destruction of a moral society. The building of family values that are the backbone of a strong and moral nation start with this commitment. Living off the government is a problem for everyone and does damage in many ways, perhaps a non government solution would be best to help people. We have seen to often what happens when the government tries to help. Have you been to the projects in a major city near you? thats what happens and the only way to prevent it is to prevent the government from helping.

  The borders? really? Israel was attacked and in the process of fighting back they took ground that was paid for by the blood of their young. If it had gone the other way their would be no Israel. Bottom line: they picked a fight and lost and in the process they lost ground as well. The Muslem faith has been twisted into an ungly scourage with terriost acts all over the world while taking advantage of the ignotant and poor, teaching hate of anyone not Muslim and especially Jews. The suffering of the Muslim’s around the world while unfortunate is the product of their own doing, they are responsible for who and what they are and as long as they live a life of hate and intolerance this will be what they get. If you give them that beautiful city it won’t be long before it is destroyed and transformed into just another sh-t hole in the middle east. Please don’t expect me to apologize, I said it, and I mean it.

  We saw everything they saw so why did they even stop? Is there a law against them being stopped where they were? Even if the lady was a prostitute unless she is in the car doing something you have no cause to stop. What was the reason for getting the passenger out of the back and questioning him? He wasn’t driving, he apparently didn’t have an open container, no visable signs of anything looking in the back, from what we know he shouldn’t have had to answer any questions or even identify himself your not required to have papers of some sort to be a passenger in someones car. Why was the driver not the focus to start with? This whole incident should have never happened but for an officer abusing his athority.

  It would be difficult to say something not already said about this and the whole thing is so disturbing to just watch. I can’t express how angrey it made me to watch as these to totally bully and violate the rights of these people. When did he give permision for the officer to enter the cars back seat? If this had been a bad guy either, if not both of them, could be dead for being stupid. Packing a badge does not give them the right to verbally abuse people. I understand establishing dominant control of the situation they went way past all that and should be embarrassed by their actions as bullies with a badge. I feel bad for all the fine law enforcement officers who do it right everyday because doing it right matters to them.

  The lie unfortunately is not shocking. Those of us working in the private sector and those who employ do not see salary increases of 20+% it must be easier to spend the money when it belongs to someone else and you have no work, or risk involved in earning it.
