  the answer is simple 450 million is probably less than what it will really take to train all agents in the field.
  rule = 1 practice with ammunition that you plan to use. all ammo fires differently using “practice ammo then service ammo will cause critical mistakes in the heat of combat.
  rule 2 = keep all agent trained and proficient in the use of their firearms. this, in reality, will require more than 600 rounds per year per agent.
  rule 3= send agents with enough ammo to handle a sustained fire fight. 2 mag in a glock is less than 40 rounds. agents really need 100 or more most military carry more than 240 rounds for their m-4s. this allows for cover fire and maneuvers.

  yes they do and will prey on humans, if you don’t beleave the destructive nature of these animals look at the population of elk and deer in yellowstone and northern idaho and then compare to just a few years ago. unlike many other preditors wolves kill for sport. they will kill an entire herd of elk or flock of sheep if left to it just to kill. The “conservationist” mentioned in the text are eco freaks who do not want their populations controlled. true conservationists are concerned about their unchecked spread.

  @mrmolitov. you have no idea what a fascist is or who coined the word. ows is fighting for fascism/ communism. mussalini coined the word. he used individual sticks and broke them (individualism) and fasced them together with a string to show that socialism is stronger than individual freedom hence fascism and national socialism are tied forever no matter how much miss direction you and other studges use you can not change this.
