  The winds of change are upon us.

  In other news… in an election today for a local city council seat in Kenner, Louisiana, a “We The People – regular hard-working guy” beat the local political-machine candidate. It was a breath of fresh air, and a great victory for the many people who worked hard to make it happen.

  I am especially pleased with his victory, because the city of Kenner is pushing forward with a blatant Agenda 21/ICLEI/APA “Smart Growth” plan to make our community “sustainable.” (aka Communist/Marxist/GAIA Worshipping/No Private Property & No Private Automobiles.) My personal hope is that he and the other council members will learn about it, fear it, and fight it.

  So ironic that in a video to challenge Kirk Cameron for saying that homosexuality is destructive to civilization, the former child actors are vulgar and actually destructive to civilization. At least destructive to a civilized society. Fits perfectly into a Progressive/Marxist society, which is of course, destructive to it’s very core. Whether they are gay or not, isn’t an issue, but it REALLY does not help their cause.

Matter of fact, I believe it was President Obama’s grandmother who had an experience with an aggressive black man who scared her, and she relayed the story to her husband (read that in Dreams From My Father). I’m pretty positive that she was not a racist. Although she was a Leftist, so she may have actually been. And I am guessing that had she had the same experience with an aggressive white man, she would have shared the same story.

  I can’t comment on Mr. Derbyshire’s motives of the article, because the link won’t work.

  As an adult, I generally know the difference between a white person, and a suspicious white person. A black person and a suspicious black person. A good (any) person and a suspicious (any) person.

  But if I was judging the black community based on what I see on the news, I would be terrified. Fortunately, I have had personal experience with many people of many skin-tones, so I can “judge” more fairly. People are generally good, with a few pieces of trash and evil thrown in. I can’t immediately condemn people who judge harshly though, because I don’t know their experience.

  Since the Progressive Public School system killed the futures of so many black and white students in New Orleans… I am acutely aware of the situation, from my own personal experience as a student and former resident. (I have lived in the suburbs for many years now.) Orleans Parish Schools produced many Thugs for many years.

  And please make sure to cover the Bill of Rights in that education as well. Especially the part about the Second Amendment in case the strange person on the street pulls his Glock and won’t let you keep moving. Being smart about self-defense is the best lesson you can teach a child.

  The irony is that the advice Mr. Derbyshire mentions, are similar pieces of advice given by good, loving black parents to their children, commonly. Except they use terms like “thug”. (Being Black does not equal being a Thug and people know the difference. and the same goes for White Gutter-Punks and Occupier-Types)

  Being from New Orleans, and having many close black friends my whole life, I know what the conversations are:

  (10a) Avoid concentrations of people which include any thugs. (Clubs)
  (10b) Stay out of neighborhoods where you see thugs-keep your car doors locked.
  (10c) If planning a trip to an amusement park at some date, find out whether it is likely to be swamped with thugs on that date. You will be caught in the crossfire.
  (10d) Do not attend events likely to draw thugs.
  (10e) If you are at some public event at which the number of thugs suddenly swells, leave as quickly as possible.
  (10f) Do not settle in an area run by black politicians. Move to the “better” neighborhoods. I want you to grow up and live in a “good” neighborhood, the suburb.
  (10g) Before voting for a black politician, scrutinize his/her character much more carefully than you would a white. (This one I can’t vouch to.)
  (10h) Do not act the Good Samaritan to a thug or suspicious looking person in apparent distress, e.g., on the highway.
  (10i) If approached by a thug in the street, keep moving.

  I can‘t believe we’ve gotten ourselves into a situation where the people who: cannot defend themselves; cannot function in a normal society without being guided; cannot have normal relationships without LOTS of drugs, alcohol or intoxication of power, are calling the shots!

  Time to take it all back and help these people “dumb themselves down” to the level of self-sufficient, responsible, caring, compassionate, innovative, funny, creative, hard-working folk… the “other” kind of intelligence that will perpetuate American Exceptionalism!
