  • There is no better argument that can be made for marriage than the testimony of time, history and basic biology. To endorse and legitimize same sex marriage flies in the face of that. Parental units comprising of a mother and father have been the genetic norm. Homosexuality, when embraced by societies in history has been a contributor to the downfall of those societies. It was symptomatic of a greater moral and ethical apathy. We are faced, in this country with tipping point. We have corrupted and continually dumb down our educational system, and failed to teach the lessons of our forefather’s to our children. We are on the verge of paying a terrible price for that. We are a nation who is now trying to rouse itself from it’s slumber and correct our course before it carries us over the proverbial cliff. What two people do behind closed doors is their business and they will have to give an account for their actions to the Supreme Judge. Homosexual marriage is not an “unalienable right.” In fact, it is an oxymoron.

You know your comment shows exactly what is wrong with the left. It is rude, disrespectful and filled with hate. It shows that you fail to recognize that there ARE indeed absolutes-immutable laws that cannot be changed; instead, you grab onto the lowest rung of the ladder and strive to attain no further. You bask in relativism and that, in the end, will be your undoing. The comment you made should make you ashamed but I fear that shame is beyond you. Sad. You are a commentary on how our society has degraded to such an unbelievable low compared to the lofty heights the founders sought for us to live up to. Thanks for being the poster boy for everything that is wrong and disgusting. I hope someday God’s grace will shine on you.

  • KaptainKook is a perfect moniker for you. Truth. That is all that matters. Period. Truth is that both parties have sold us down the river. Truth is that the American public has been asleep for too long an d now we face a truly uphill battle. We will and can succeed. We are Americans-free, proud and independent. By God’s good providence when we set our minds and backs to it we can accomplish ANYTHING! Don’t believe in that? Then get out of the way!

  • True words! The RINOs are pulling for Romney. That is a no go in my book. Just more of the same dribble they have been giving us as candidates all along. Time for a real change and for a real patriot who has solid ideas how to turn this country around. Don’t forget to watch the Congressional races too! We need visionaries who will abide by the Constitution; not the wishy washy compromisers who will further sell us out!

  • Caprica, What in the world….I agree with you that Gingrich and Romney are definitely what we DO NOT need; however, what are you basing your assessment of Pawlenty on? I think Sarah is a great visionary and a true patriot. We need more like her, people who believe in America and her greatness. That is what you get with guys like Herman Cain and Allen West, too. I am not saying that Pawlenty is THE choice, just that his ideas are worth considering. However, if you are going to cast aspersions then back them up! (And please use spellcheck, honestly, that is just embarrassing)

  • You know what? I am so tired of lackluster leaders that the GOP establishment would WANT us to vote for. I think most of us feel like we need leadership that has clear vision to restore the US to it greatness.
I want someone who has a passion and vision to do just that. The days of, “No we can’t“ under the guise of ”Yes we can” are over. It is time for American exceptional-ism to shine again! Pawlenty, while not my first pick, is setting the right tone. Ryan is right on the mark too!

  • The Amero, according to Snopes, is not being secretly minted in preparation for a United Americas. http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/amerocoin.asp.
That isn‘t to say that there aren’t plans in the works for us to be a border-less society. I think that is evident enough. They are working hard at ignoring the Constitution, trying to make it easier for illegals to gain citizenship and in general leveling the playing field so the United States is no longer the “shining city on a hill…” Let’s all work, hope and pray for the best but prepare for the worst!

  • The sad joke is that this the town I live in and it is the first I had heard of it! While in a town not far from here there are white supremists, the fact is that those on the left already see law abiding, gun owning, constitution loving citizens as racists, bigoted homophobes. This is only going to fuel that horrendous misconception. Besides, as it stands right now, asides from really terrific schools, we don’t have anything to offer. We have to drive 15 miles just to get groceries since (though they are working on it) we don’t even have a grocery store! This scenario is a terrible one though I can see what they were drawing from.

  • Unemployment Drops to 9.4%

    In reply to @leftfighter.

@AZDEBI Thanks for that post! If you have a FB account you may want to post those figures there. I’d love to see those figures spread around the FB community!
Wait till next month’s when January numbers are released. This is a shell game, nothing more. Next month the number will, in all likelyhood, be highter since, as many of you have pointed out, Holiday Hiring.

  • Fox News: Steele Will Not Seek Re-Election

    December 13, 2010 at 10:37am

This is a good thing. The RNC has been terrible to the Tea Party. It is my hope that they will elect a solid Constitutional Conservative who can motivate the base. There are a lot of “good ol’ boys” there, however. Let‘s hope the RINOs don’t try to put one of their own in the place of Steele. That would effectively signal the end of the Republican party as far as I am concerned.
