  If the SCOTUS exercises judicial restraint, then the only decision they could make is to strike down Obamascare in its’ entirety. Once they look at the legislative history and find that a sever-ability clause, at one time existed, but is absent from the final bill signed into law, the clear intent of congress will be undeniable – If any part is found unconstitutional then none of it is to survive.

  (I would really like to know the details of how it came to NOT have a sever-ability clause. Divine Providence? …I love it when a plan comes together!)

  Maybe not immediately… But, how long do you suppose private insurance carriers will be able to survive with the expenditures dictated and prices controlled? How much will it cost these private companies to comply with all the unknown, ever changing new regulations?
  And, you haven’t heard your fellow travelers state out-right that is their intention, to completely destroy the private health insurance industry? You haven’t heard Obama state that he is FOR a single-payer system, but it will just take some time to implement?

  Saw the movie… Haven’t read the books. What a colossal waste of time. Poor character and plot development based on a ridiculous premise. No desire to read the books or see any sequel of this garbage. What a joke!

  The implementation started long ago… It is now pevasive throughout the fabric of America. The elementary and middle schools that my children attended, are now combined into an ‘IB Academy” (International Baccelaureate – a UNESCO backed educational cirriculum, predicated on behavior modification to create ‘World Citizens’) for my grandchildren. The company I work for recently announced we’ve signed on to being a member of EICC – “Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition” that‘s all about ’Corporate Social Responsibilty” with close ties, or even part of “Business for Social Resposibility” (BSR, Al Gore, Co-founder and Chairman). It’s not as though my employer had a choice – If you want to do business with member companies, you have to become a member and accept the “Code of Conduct” and you have to make your suppliers become members.
  It’s MUCH deeper than many realize. The progies have their incidious tentacles into everything already..

  No. I want to see his stinking, rotting corpse. Not some photoshopped picture! I want to hear from the Seal that capped him. I want to hear the technician that did the DNA analysis explain the chain of custody of the comparative sample… I REFUSE to even consider any of this is TRUTH coming from BHO…

  Maybe you should think about it just a little more…

  The reverend was not forcing his religion on anyone. He was reading words. He was exercising his GOD given right to practice his religion and freedom of speech.
  You ask what if it were someone reading the Quran or if a homosexual were present. So what! Nobody has the right to not be offended or made uncomfortable by anothers speech.
  I suppose you are in total agreement with this statement: “There is a mechanism to be allowed to protest…We don‘t inhibit people’s right to free speech–we regulate it.” What a joke! A distiction without a difference.
  The right to free speech is for the free exchange of ideas. Not to hide in a closet and mumur to oneself!
