  Why would anyone with half a brain want to stand behind a jet engine just revving up before releasing the brakes. With all the sand and debris around that can be blown at you plus how can one think they can hang on to a fence with their finger tips in such a situation??

  Wrong end of the gene pool I guess. But…she is just another victim of society!

  Now the airport will be required to spend a fortune to keep such a thing from happening again or issue regulations against standing behind an airplane.

  When will we learn that we can’t pass a law against “stupid”?

  Be responsible for yourself…
  When I was growing up we had hospitalization (which is exactly that) because my parents paid for the doctor visit and medications out of their own pocket. Today, you can’t get an insurance company to offer just such a policy because they are loaded up with too many “entitlements”.
  I know we are not going to put the give away “Genie” back in the bottle…but what if you could get such a major medical policy today? The young could afford such a policy and maybe eliminate the need for us to pay for all the uninsured who just do not purchase coverage??

  Ms Squires is correct in that parents need to vote by doing everything possible to get their children into private schools where that can get an education and learn HOW to think…not WHAT to think. We sacrificed to get our children into a private school during their formative years. We now have two extraordinary citizens that can think for themselves.
