  • It’s amazing how people can blatantly just make things up like saying Ron Paul contradicts himself. You can argue with RP on a lot of things, but contradicting himself is NOT one of them.He has been one of if not the most consistent person in Washington for decades. This piece is just another example of garbage “journalism” trying to cherry pick and misquote statements to make it seem like it double-talked when he really didn’t.

Can’t complete a thought on foreign policy? Seriously? Are you reading off a sheet? What part of “Stop nation building, stop picking fights, and protect our own borders” is confusing for you?

  • “FlamingFart, people are not born gay. Even science now admits that being gay is a result, at least in part, of your life experiences.”

I love when people just make things up and pass them off as facts. No, science has said quite the opposite; that being hemosexual is NOT purely a choice and is mostly, if not fully, biological.

” The mechanisms for the development of a particular sexual orientation remain unclear, but the current literature and most scholars in the field state that one’s sexual orientation is not a choice; that is, individuals do not choose to be homosexual or heterosexual.”

I could post more, but I won‘t as it’s safe to say very few here would actually read them or let pesky things like “facts” get in the way of making ignorant statements based on personal beliefs.

  • Jon Stewart Rips Media For Ignoring Ron Paul

Step one: Remove head from rectum.

    There, much better.

If you actually listened to the Daily Show instead of bleating along to Fox every day you’d realize that while he personally has a liberal bias, they bash both sides equally.

FYI, if Bachmann goes against Obama, she will lose. Guaranteed. While Obama isn’t great, an extremist like her (and don’t kid yourself; she is an extremist) will NOT get voted for by the people that matter; Independents and Democrats unhappy with Obama. She’s Palin 2.0; no one outside of her own party likes her, unlike, say, Ron Paul, who has a wide following across all parties.

You’ve not heard of him for the exact reasons Stewart states; the media (Fox in particular) are purposefully ignoring him. They don’t WANT you to hear about him. Why do you think Fox was pushing Herman Cain so hard one on, including that fake Luntz “focus group” they had after the first debate? They were just diverting attention from Paul until they got who they really wanted up front. Now that they have those people (Bachmann, Perry, etc., ) they can go back to ignoring Paul and Cain (though Cain sucks anyway so that’s fine.)

Go read up/YouTube up on Ron Paul. There is a good reason he has a strong following.

No matter how many clips you get of Stewart posting a balanced piece about something, you always get some ignorant blazer saying “HERP Maybe Stewart’s finally coming around to see how dumb them thar liburlz are DERP.” They miss the fact that he slams all sides on their nonsense and has been doing so for YEARS.

But yeah, keep watching Fox/Beck, who never, ever lie or give you half truths… *wink wink*

  • You must not watch his show or listen to his radio program!

  • Amazing the lengths you guys will go to to protect Glenn Beck. You’ve learned well how to stretch the truth to the breaking point. It’s amusing to see you desperately picking up tiny threads and trying to weave some vast conspiracy out of it.

OMG THIS ONE TIME SHE SAID BOTTLE INSTEAD OF GLASS!! ALERT THE PRESS!!!!!!!

It’s quite obvious what happened; people around Beck saw him and were making snide comments (understandably.) A glass (not a bottle) was spilled accidentally on his wife. This obviously looked bad/intentional due to the negative reaction he got in the first place. Beck decided to leave and later over exaggerate the claim to make himself out to the victim of those mean ol’ liberals!

  • The Blaze quote mines: Film at 11!

  • Scientific ignorance in a Republican candidate. There’s a surprise!

Maybe he should work less on making himself look like an uneducated hick and work less on saying stupid things like the government should control guns ( http://www.examiner.com/gun-rights-in-national/open-letter-to-herman-cain-on-the-right-to-keep-and-bear-arms ) and that he supports the Patriot Act.

  • Sad that the mistake was made. The good thing is it was corrected and apologized for, as opposed to, say, trying to re-write history and lie to cover Goof #39013 *coughReverecough*

“I TOTALLY was thinking about how Paul Revere was captured and ringing some bells, warning the British about taking our guns, NOT about the famous RIDE of Paul Revere! I swear!”
