  With the data they will know if your married / kids / gun’s purchased ect…. in seconds before they leave command they will pick up your kids from school / while out shopping with the wife as they see the credit card sale in real time and know that she will be in route in 15 mins tracking live though the cell phones to within 3 meters. They will show up quietly and ask you to come out and then ask your wife to say something to calm you down so things don’t get out of hand. Really look a ruby ridge and Waco they don‘t care about kids or family’s but they will use them in a heart beat ether to clean up the mess afterwards by using them as a shield or to get you out without a fight. The tough guys are easy and make great examples for the masses. Please be intelligent before and if this county no longer represents you why is leaving bad? Look at the examples in history when have the people ever overcome an oppressive government on there own turf by force? the only time I can think of is here in America and with England a sea away. Not a territory rebelling but right at home the average guy overcoming unless its at a voting booth it will not happen. Might get bloody for some but Moe cleaned up 70,000,0000 without to many headaches. With tech and easily IDing your threat level though your digital foot prints they will do it quietly and quickly. Or they could just wait till your in the shower ;)

  If you truly understand the amount of data that is being archived and what that means to freedom of speech, if every word you type it logged and search able. The ramifications of a pissed off comment or just speaking your mind as a someone on the out side of the people with access to the data, you would be using proxies before you comment on this or any site. Republicans think this is for security and may use it for that but one Marxist with access to this and the fema camps will be full in mins. All based on what you did over the last few years from your IP address or coming soon your “digital safe id”. Please if you are young and have a family look into Proxies before its to late and the more that use them the more useless the data they have will be. Sorry I will now go back to polishing my tin foil hat, and let the “intelligent” people mock. If you don’t think its not possible just look at China the technology is already being used.

  Sweet now we are worried about weather or not the fed can mandate to a church instead of the unconstitutionality of the entire law and the idea that federal government is way beyond interstate commerce but hay that is what the Overton window is about.

  At lest someone here has a understanding of how this work. I would only say that they do not attack the “web site” but the firewall and there is almost always more then just a web server behind that and sometimes every server for the company or multiple companies. Once the attack begins very easy to see and be alerted the reason the sites go down is because the firewall is froze or they pull the system to protect what is behind the firewall. When they are able to get data from the system it shows that they not only froze the systems defenses (though DDoS) but also got into the equipment behind, even if the web server is off site the data on it can show paths back to the main network and lots of other sensitive data from remote user log in info for any remote access and cloud services and its connections back to other part of a network both remote and local ect…

  As for the silver bullet unless you believe in werewolves its a joke. It will do damage to lots of bot systems and never find its way back to a library where the command was sent from. I am sure that really mess up your idea that they are sting in a basement someplace but in reality in a NOC in Serbia or China with more hardware and funding then anyone here trying to stop them. The US is so far behind it will be easier for us to get out of debt then protect our networks. The US focus in on a kill switch to protect the government if the serfs get out of hand.
