  That‘s one of LePage’s goals since he’s been elected governor… to make Maine a business-friendly state. The guy is working hard and has been true to what he said in his campaign. Maine has been decimated by liberals for a loong time- this is the first time we‘ve had a Republican governor and Congress in I don’t know how long (yes, I’m from Maine.) LePage talks the talk but he is also walking the walk.

  I work at two elementary schools and I’ve seen little kids like this sing those lyrics. We just tell them it’s inappropriate to say at school. Suspending the kid is ridiculous. If the kid was continuously bothering girls or a particular girl with the song, probably the kid would get hauled to the office for it, but that’s about it. Crazy.

  @Bush Hating Conervatives make me sick… so you’re saying that following someone is stalking them, and gives someone the right to jump on them and beat them? Really? Trayvon absolutely had the right to confront someone he thought was following him, but he in no way had the right to attack someone walking in the same direction. Further, by all accounts, Zimmerman continued to follow Martin because he was walking between houses, not in the road or on the sidewalk. Once Zimmerman came out on the road, he then stopped following Martin, instead walking back toward his vehicle. It was then that Martin came up behind Zimmerman and attacked him.

  It was also reported Martin was looking into windows of homes as he walked through their yards (again, not on the sidewalk, but trespassed on their properties.) That is certainly suspicious behavior and the neighborhood watch is told to look out for such behavior.

  If you honestly feel that following a person gives them the right to jump you, break your nose, and pound your head on the sidewalk, Lord help us all.

  The kid actually said “fudge” but the show bleeped it and made it look like the curse word. I wouldn’t watch the show anyway- no interest in glorifying a sinful lifestyle.

  An attack on minorities? How so? This was a report of an incident, and the offender happened to be of color. Should the public turn a blind eye to crimes committed by minorities?

  What a crap question. Never would they have asked that to Pelosi, for example, though Pelosi touts her faith (twisted as she makes it when she tries to “prove” a point). Clearly the question was to bash Bachman’s faith and I believe her gender as well. That “submissive” point is always used by people who look at attack the Bible because they simply don’t understand what it means. The husband is to love his wife as Christ loves the church. Put those two points together and it shows the partnership of love and respect of a husband and wife. ooooh scary Christians… sigh…
