No where were they trying to help this obviously upset and out of his mind for the moment, angry person. What are the police going to do when 100,000 angry american ex soldiers let loose? Kill them all, like the pre-crime officers did to the marine in arizona, killing a marine when he had done nothing except have a legal weapon in his hand. The police in New york state should be numbered and named for when they happen to visit other states. Reciprocity is only fair, dont you think. PTSD or not the SEALS should wear it loud and proud, and their are those who are not SEALS who could even watch your back..Nothing worse than ememies of the people within that country you live in. nothing worse.
