  so true… our founders never intended the holding of political office to be a career, but a duty for a short time, then go back to their regular jobs. unfortunately, most of these “career politicians” no nothing about working in the real world. sadly, when they finally retire or get booted out of office, they will most likely receive a tax-payer funded pension for life, then go on the speech circuit (or get tenure in a university) for life and still never know what it is like to work.

  What an eye opener on how much the state pays it’s employees in benefits, and not just while working, but for life! No wonder most of the states are going broke! We in the private sector are the ones paying for these huge benefits. What happens when more people work for the government than for the private sector? That is exactly what this administration is trying to cause, the collapse of the American economy.

  have we become a nation of cowards? Our troops are already being killed, just for being Americans. Why should we “bow” to these people? Now, the iman for the proposed mosque in nyc is saying there could be violence here if the mosque is not allowed to be built where they want it to. I say, this is a threat and meant to inspire fear. I believe this is the reason officials in nyc are not opposing this location. They are afraid of terror attacks against themselves or their families. I ask again, have we become a nation of cowards? I pray not.

  The indoctrination of our children has been going on for well over 80 years…the “dumbing down” of several generations has culminated in where we are today. Public schools are a danger to the health of our nation and should come with a warning label. Teachers, please stand up! GET OUT OF THE UNIONS OR GET OUT OF THE CLASSROOM! Homeschool/private school is the only way to go. If you are a teacher who feels trapped in the public schools, perhaps you can explore other options in the private sector.

  We lived in one of the most liberal areas of Colorado for 6 years. I was so glad to move back to Oklahoma! What a culture shock living there was. I pray for the people of Colorado, that they will wake up and fight back! So proud of this young man and hope he inspires adults out of their apathy.
