  People here are talking about wine being a sin and will we applaud when they fire teachers for drinking wine. I get so sick of atheists trying to use the Bible against Christians when they have no idea what they are saying. They make themselves sound so silly and they lose instant credibility. Anyway, i applaud this College for standing on its Biblical principles. But the atheist says they waited too long, why did they hire so many gays in the first place? the answer….who knows. The board has decided NOW to stand on its principles. Why would anyone want to work at a religious institution when they cannot agree with the institutions interpretation of the Bible? This College has a right to hire whomever they want and to tell anyone who works there this is what we believe, either you believe it too or find another job. Not violating anyone’s rights; not telling people how they have to think or act; not imposing anything on anyone. God bless them and and I hope they are prepared for the name calling and petty insults coming their way.

  I was thinking the same thing!! I would walk in a grab him and pull him out. I was a paramedic for 15 years and I cannot imagine something like this happening anywhere in the US.

  Come on, this is ridiculous! So what if the police make some remarks that are funny. If you have never worked as a police officer or paramedic you have no idea of the sick humor that goes on behind the scenes. When you see the dead and dismembered on a daily basis you become hardened to it and anyone who has worked in these profession realizes it. these police would never say it to his face….IT WAS ALL DONE IN THE PRIVACY OF THEIR car with other police. People are so thinned skinned these days.

  There are places in the US where they will not allow the Pledge of Allegiance to the US because it “may offend some people in the class.” But they can force you to say the mexican pledge and shrug it off as a learning experience. What is wrong with this country??!!
