  Obama has nothing to do with that well not directly its part of the system in place more than anything.

  The thinking is remove the interest to spur you to do something with the money like start a business yea sounds way off in the head but that’s the way they think.

  They are trying to get people to get the money flowing again removing a good interest rate forces you to do something.
