  • Well the sad truth is that the right caved in on the gay issue years ago. If a person asked any politician in this nation from its founding through the 1960′s about homosexuals you would have gotten an earful about what a sin it was.Today both Democrats and Republicans will preface their remarks with platitudes about how wonderful and worthy of respect gays are, and then afterwards the Republicans will meekly say that they still think that marriage should be between a man and a woman. For many people this does not compute, it is the same as saying that blacks are equal in every way, and yet should still not be allowed to sit at the lunch counter. even Bull Connor would not have been dumb enough to try and sell that argument.

  • I don’t get it, this Perez guy, the same man who refused to do anything about the new Black panthers in Philly is trying to run rough shod over Sheriff Joe. I hope Joe has some really powerful backers because he will need them against the leftist Holder Posse.

  • Well the sad truth is that because the UK citizens will not in any way protest this kind of thing that by the end of this century there very likely will be no UK. It will be the Islamic Republic of whateveristan. Too bad really.

  • Well the question for me is not where the two bit, shuck and jive race hustler Sharpton is. My question is where is Hannity, O’reilly and all of fox news? I watch Fox every day and have heard not one peep about this. Oh and by the way, where are the neocon’s at the Weekly Standard and National Review and the neocon John McCain who can feign outrage at the death of every Syrian but has not one word to say about these outrages.

  • I would be willing to bet that you are a former smoker. I am a former smoker as well, but i pledged after quitting five years ago that I would never become a fanatical nonsmoker. This was especially true after i read an article that said that the most fanatical nonsmokers were former fanatical smokers—the type who would militantly refuse to put out his smoke regardless. In other words, a jerk.
Smoking is bad, but there is no need to punish smokers, especially on the job by making them walk a long distance—or take an elevator to the lobby when they are on the 80th floor just to smoke. Yes it is a unhealthy lifestyle choice but so is overeating, riding motorcycles and many other things that we don’t punish people for.

  • Well the real problem is that conservatives have no counter to groups like “color of change,’ Van Jones outfit. In fact conservatives often take the tack that you can’t counter bad behavior with bad behavior.
But that’s only true if you are dealing with Honorable people. However, in this case you are dealing with the most vile and ruthless communist thugs against whom you must not bring a knife to the gunfight.

  • But lets be honest. If you ask any Jew on campus a month from now who their biggest threat is they will no doubt say some redneck living in a mountain cabin a thousand miles away rather than the members of this organization that issued the fake—for now–evictions. Therefore, I must defer to their judgement.

  • fox news never jumped to any conclusions regarding Zimmerman. They are the only ones who gave Zimmerman the slightest benefit of the doubt. As for Mitt Romney being a RINO grow up, he is the most conservative man who can be elected. For better or worse this is not the 50′s anymore.

  • Discrimination? Really? Is it discrimination to admit that you would not vote for a man who’s values and beliefs differ entirely from your own? We use the term discrimination far too often and always place it in a negative context. Of course voters seek a candidate who shares their values and beliefs—or at least professes to do so–and their doing so is hardly discrimination.

  • One big reason not to vote for an atheist would be the arrogance of that position. To state that you are sure that there is no God— unlike an agnostic who just admits that he doesn’t know— would almost certainly mean that a person is an ideologue.
we just had eight years of Bush a progressive/neoconservative ideologue and now of course we have a straight up Marxist.
I hope for the sake of our nation and indeed the world that Romney is the true moderate that he’s been cracked up to be.
