  As sad as this is and we ALL love to latch on to cute, lil kids and thier sad situations…the bottom line is that there are VERY few Kidneys available. I have a 13 onth old son and I hope to god to NEVER have to be inthis situation, but I am also a Nurse and understand the #s involved in this. Our brains seem to fall victim to our hearst desires…that lil girl is a cutie-pie, yes indeed.

  The HIPAA excuse is false. As a minor, the parents have the right to know. Hell, I only have 50% legal custody of my daughter and I know ALL her medical issues. Why? Becasue I am the parent and she is a minor. Either the Drs don’t know or they have been told NOT to say anything. This is a cover up, look towards the HPV vaccine and see if all those girls had that…that’s where I would start

  Some pretty interesting comments about what happened at that bar, so I will add mine.
  If I were Kyle, I would have done the same thing. Regardless of your opinion of the war, the mourning had NOTHING to do with anyone’s opinion and everything to do with giving friends and family a chance to say good bye to their loved one. There is a time and place for your opinion, he made a bad choice…and had to pick himself up and brush off the dust. To save his face, he should have gotten up and apologized to all of them.
  Also, regardless of if he was “Officially” a SEAL or the precursor to them, unless you have EVER been through basic training and or any advanced training, you have NO idea what you are talking about. So, keep your arm chair opinions to yourself. As a 20+ year Army vet, you have NO idea what he felt, what he was doing or how he did it all those years ago. After 10 years of this **** they call a war, I have my opinions too…and they don’t support any of what we are doing. Care to question my Patriotism? What we’re doing is NOT protecting our Constitution…in any way.
  Now, he may be a conspiracy “loon”, but all conspiracies have at least an ounce of truth. A true researcher of the truth has to take ALL information and decide what the truth is…that includes the loony stuff. The fact he was in government, means he has a little insider info.
