  • Eventually, these roving mobs will need to be totally out of control and need to be “handled”. Injuries will be unavoidable and I’m really hoping that friends or family members start discouraging parents from bringing their children to these protests. There is just no need for innocents to be involved.

  • The last thing I need is this man trying to blow sunshine up my skirt! Get rid of the Federal Reserve. Hire people to run our economy that have a background in running a successful business within a budget and understand the concept “we’re broke”. Or at least let‘s get a few middle schoolers with working calculators that understand if you’ve got $1.00 in your pocket, you cannot buy the Slurpee that costs $1.50.

  • How awful! It is a miracle the motorcycle rider survived at all! My thought and prayers go out to him for a speedy recovery. Congratulations on your engagement!

  • I’m not a fan of Obama by any stretch, but burning effigy’s of our president is upsetting to me – I was upset when they did it to bush, I get upset when they burn our flag, I was upset when they danced in the street over horrific loss of life on 9/11….it is just not normal and acceptable behavior in my book!

Having said that, I pray for the victims of the UN massacre and their families. This culture will look for any reason, no matter how small or insignificant, to go on a murderous rampage. As a nation, we really need to learn the truth, know the truth, and not tolerate this culture to infiltrate our country any longer. What will the death toll be…..over a book?

  • Very sad story! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends, community, and amusement park employees – may they be surrounded by caring and compassionate people at this difficult time. All involved will be second guessing themselves and their decisions for the rest of their lives, really no need for me to do that.

  • Those weren’t humans in mourning, it was a gang looking for any tiny reason to take out their anger on somebody. It is time to stop excusing the “mob mentality” and start calling it what is truly is – a gang intent on violently assaulting anyone in their path.

  • We are living at a time when the truth is being overshadowed by special interests attempt at power grabs. I agree with the senator that the economics don’t lie. The costly environmental and climate regulations are a bottomless pit for our hard earned tax dollars, a tool being used to strip the country of it’s precious jobs and businesses, and an issue that allows power hungry politicians to use angry activists to destroy property and ultimately prosperity.

  • YES! We need more people like Wisconsin Governor Walker – standing strong FOR the people, instead of fighting against them! It is time that all public sector unions are disbanded – they are there to serve the people!

  • Amazing! So the average private sector taxpayer in Wisconsin has “surplus” cash to hand over to the “suffering” public sector in Wisconsin? Is this the public sector where a majority of employees are receiving above the median income level of that state? The public sector where the employees are receiving better benefits than their private sector employees? I wonder when the people in Wisconsin will start circulating recall petitions for their “refusing to work because everybody isn’t catering to their special interest groups” legislators? I wonder when the people in Wisconsin will get fed up with the minority of teachers calling in sick and demand their school districts hire replacements for them? I wonder when the people of Wisconsin, who voted for a Republican Governor to fix the massive budget problems created by their former Democratic Governor, will be out there protesting the protesters? Oh, right – the private sector taxpayers are busy WORKING to pay the states bills!!!

  • Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak Resigns

I wish them the best, but I do not believe things will be better for the Coptics in that country who have endured long-suffering persecution for their faith and recently blatant attacks and murders at the hands of radicals in that region. Particularly concerning is that the Coptics, who make up 10-20 percent of the population of Egypt, were not invited to the “group” discussions with the government to voice their concerns.

In my humble opinion, the citizens of Egypt need to be very careful in choosing their next president. Afterall, Article 2 in the Egyptian Constitution already states that “Islamic Sharia is the source of legislation.”
