If Lawrie was going to throw his helmet at the ump he would have thrown it at the ump and not into the ground. It took a bad bounce. BUT, this ump made two horrible calls and every game counts, now and in the playoffs. Die hard baseball fans know this. Unfortunately, Lawrie is going to have to pay for something that should have never have happened, the horribly bad calls and a thrown helmet.

There are a lot of Mormons in my town and they are fine, upstanding people. As a matter of fact, they are some of the most hard working, prosperous and charitable people that I have ever met.
