  I’ve read through many of the replies, and speaking of offended: I’m sick and tired of those rainbow banners being flown or posted on every GLBT business, car, keychain, etc. This is 24/7/365. They‘ve taken God’s divine sign of a promise to mankind and made it a symbol of a movement that offends so many. And who has threatened them with anything even though they are everywhere – all year???

  I don’t know if this was deliberate or a typo, but calling her “gorila allred” is hysterically funny. Just moving the “l” from gloria to gorila had me laughing harder than I have in quite awhile. Either way, thanks for the great laugh.

  The article explains that
  “… until a woman carrying a sack appeared 10 minutes after the initial collision. Dropping her sack, she quickly moved the girl to safety and went to look for help.” In the video @48 she moves the child. A different woman comes by and picks up the little girl and carries her away. Take my word for it – there‘s no need to view the video if you haven’t or to re-watch it.

  The last two paragraphs of the article tell it:
  “Hit-and-run drivers: sorry for the victim’s family
  As for the two drivers who hit Yue Yue, one was caught by police and the other turned himself in on Monday.
  Both drivers said they didn’t see the child before the accident happened, according to the police. The first driver who knocked down Yue Yue expressed regret, deep sadness and apologies to the child’s family.”

  I find this a bit confusing “Coupled with the information he received that 40,000 Muslims are planning to be atop the Temple Mount for the Muslim holiday of Ramadan*…” Ramadan in 2011 begins on August 1 and ends with Eid on August 30. The “Restoring Courage” event is on Wed., August 24 during Ramadan.
  “During Ramadan ”the evenings are spent enjoying family and community meals, engaging in prayer and spiritual reflection, and reading from the Qu’ran.” source: http://islam.about.com/od/ramadan/tp/ramadan-hub.htm Don’t these 40,000 know where they’re supposed to be and what they are supposed to be doing? Ramadan is considered the most important holy observance in Islam, so why would these 40,000 be planning something other than the proper observance of Ramadan?? Just wondering.

  You read my mind! She played Solara in “The Book of Eli” so well. An amazing movie reminding us that when we follow God’s will, we work hard but He helps us achieve the victory for Him. …and He blesses us! There are a lot of actresses who would have refused to even consider this role. And… thank you, Justin Timberlake, for your public support of our military personnel. You’ve also shown that encouraging others to do a good thing can make the difference. It’s so good to see some of our younger Hollywood stars standing up like this! God bless you Mila, Scott, and Justin.
