  When are we going to wake up, forget the intensive searching, and start profiling, everyone. Profiling is far more successful, much less intrusive, and safer than searching. El Al profiles, picks out potential problems, and gets everyone on board and settled much faster. El Al has not had a“Richard the shoe bomber” or an “Abdulmatlab the underwear bomber” since the profiling security measures started. El Al uses their own employees and not tax dollar paid profilers who are better trained, more adaptable, and very capable people.

  She committed 3 crimes within a few minuets. SOP in most places for disobeying a police officer is arrest, into the back of the squad, and and haul them in to book the charges. She brought it all onto herself. When dealing with police officers be polite, do what they say. People shoot at police officers. You are the unknown. Disobedience immediately puts them on high alert for a deadly attack.

  Chuck “you out of the country” Schumer shouldn’t be surprised that wealthy citizens are going “Ex-Pat” and joining up where their basic God given rights to life, liberty and property, are respected. It is in our nature to protect our lives, our liberty and our property from attack by irrational, unreasonable people in government. However, it is not in the lexicon of liberalism to acknowledge basic God given rights. The liberal image of “fair” is badly distorted in the have-have-not mirror they use. Have-have-not fairness discussions all come around to sharing the wealth which implies that wealth is a limited resource and those that have a lot should share some of what they have. The reality of wealth is that wealth is limited only by the imagination of entrepreneurship and local government policy in its creation. That is, wealth is theoretically infinite. Those who work for it have a God given right to keep it (minus reasonable taxes and a moral responsibility to help the helpless). Governance that confiscates so much in taxes that it is wasted is the ultimate in unfairness. However, life is not fair. There is no promise of fairness anywhere in our rights, only justice, and unfortunately we have a legal system, not a justice system in our governance. What is fair? Everyone is treated equally is fair. What is a fair tax? Everyone pays the same percentage of their earned wealth is a fair tax, and there is a lot of history that sets that percentage as no more than 10%.

  ‘Political Correctness’ is a distortion of the truth, obfuscating a reality that is hard, harsh, unfair, and frequently unjust. Read Robert Spencer’s books. There are 11 of them, all well researched in sources accepted as authoritative scholarship. Mr. Spencer is in the ‘X Ring’ in all that he says. It’s not comforting folks. The colonel course is dead on, and a valuable asset to training our troops. While 92% of Muslims are reasonable rational people, the rest are Islamofacists of the most dangerous kind. Heads UP!

  Why save? Savings in the bank are earning about zip. Inflation is running amok eating up savings at a ruinous rate. I’m loosing about 2.5% a year on all my savings. Stocks aren’t paying dividends as the companies are holding cash. Only my bonds are paying any income and I don’t have enough of them to cover my other losses.

  Fighting is not a good thing. Fighting always gets some body hurt. Every once in a while I’ve run out of options to not fight. I’ve been in 8 since 1978. 8 times I’ve reverted to skills taught by the USMC (though I’m not a Marine, I’ve trained with them) for battlefield close quarters combat. 8 times I’ve been some what injured. 8 times the perp has been severely broken. I’ve been very lucky. Even though I train for unarmed self defense using minimum force necessary, and have for 25 years, I revert to potentially lethal technique when the adrenalin kicks in and the old training takes over. Every soldier has been so trained. How many have been trained? How many have retained the skills?

  The one thing I know for sure, is that the self confidence I have that I can walk away from being accosted, is often perceived by the “wanabees” who back down and leave me and mine alone. Most attackers are basically cowards. The only reason they are what they are is being somewhat assured their victims can’t fight back, and these “wannabees” won’t get hurt. Ever notice how the bad guys avoid places where home owners are armed? Where home invaders are taken away in an ambulance and not a squad car? Where the neighbors talk seriously to the “wanabees” about living some where else? Where actions have significantly emotional consequences?

  We already did this! Human caused global climate change is a hoax. Suggesting otherwise is incredibly arrogant, ignorant, and incompetent. There is also no statically significant correlation between atmospheric CO2 and global temperatures. The PhD’s are missing some very basic steps in the stuff they are Piling higher (and) Deeper, namely data integrity testing. The government has been handing out chicken little grants for predicting catastrophic climate warming for so long that nobody will let their computer models predict anything else. And has anyone other than me noticed how all of those predictions from the early 1990‘s haven’t come true. Actually none of them have come true. Suck it up and save the cash. It‘s money we shouldn’t be spending.

  Biden also claims to be Catholic as he expounds on his ignorance of marriage. Marriage is a covenant between a woman and a man to bind themselves through their mutual love, for the procreation, protection, civilization, socialization, and education of children. Marriage is instituted in the natural law given us by our Creator, and has taken on a civil law attribute to protect children and their parents from abuses of society. When natural law is violated, we see the “laws of unintended consequences” raise their ugly heads and cause all kinds of societal malfeasance. Please notice it is only in in western current culture where homosexuality is even close to tolerated.
