The analysis is wrong. Siding with the people who caught the ball. They were not taunting the kid, the video clearly shows they didn’t even notice the kid.

I think the worst part of this, and what it should be framed as, is that he said that to a WOMAN. Clearly Bob is a sexist, and certainly directing that type of language toward a woman proves that. Frame the issue not as the word, but who it was directed towards and he’ll be fired and banned from every network.
