  The Founders did that for many reasons. mostly because they were forced by the Baptists, whose blood is the only Christian Blood that cries from the Ground against other Christians from Mass. in the 600′s to North Carolina at the Battle of Alamance.

  It was the baptist who could not marry, own land, gather for worship, establish schools, or be in Government under Gov. Tryon, who had a price on the head of Daniel Boone.

  It was the baptists who went into the Mtns and established the first American Rep., Watauga and George III did not fire a shot in emanciapting them.

  It was the Baptists who changed the game in the South at the Battle of Kings Mtn when the Cong. was just about to surrender in York PA.

  It was Kings Mtn Hero Sevier who had three Cousins who he met with regularly East of Knoxville, Houston, Austin, and Crockett.

  It was Baptists still being imprisoned for not paying the Parsonage Tax in Mass even into 1806, despite the 1st Amendment.

  So who wrote this all out of history?
  Harvard, Princeton, and Yale, Puritans and Presbyterians.

  Oh let us see the logic in this:

  only 8 humans out of a purported 1-5 Billion made it on to the Ark.

  Only 4 followed Abram into the Desert

  Only 3 made it out of Sodom

  only 1/3rd of the Hebrew Children followed Moshe into the Desert.

  Only 2 of the spies believed that they could take the land.

  Only one little boy thought he could take on Goliath

  every Greek Democracy including the currently dying one met their demise when the majority figured out how to vote the wealth of the productive class into their stomachs

  only 2% rose up againts the Crown in North America to Make America

  the majority voted that it should be against the law to drink alcohol and kept drinking anyway

  the Rights of the minority are protected from the votes of the majorities (West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette)

  the average (50%) IQ of Human beings is 100 with 75% at 100 or less

  This is precisely what happens when the COurts make Judgments on THE LAW without regards to THE FACTS.

  I needed this ruling. Just used it today.

  As for THE LAW, West Virginia Board of Education is upheld which is excellent, and proves that the Rights in the Bill of Rights cannot be redefined by majorities, and neither the Judges nor congress as well.

  As for the FACTS: Well, the Seventh Amendment, the Northwest ordinance, and the Constitutions of the Several states explicitly staes that all trials and all laws of the States must conform to Common law (important idea that is fueling the push of the Mass. Courts on foreclosures form allowing the housing War to spill into the streets), and thus, Homosexual Marriage as a Right has no basis in the Bill fo Rights 1789, nor the English Bill of Rights 1689, and was in fact a crime under the English Common law.

  America broke with the further evolution of law from the English Courts in order to stem the tide of trials without Juries adn Judicial Tyranny, so the English Common Law is only of the common law at the time of the break with the Crown and the emergence of the sovereignty of THE PEOPLE.

  The case is so, now can be exploited. Too bad the Court has no sens to get the facts straight that Homosexuality is a crime against society. It robs parents of their grand children, robs society of its future generations. It legitimatizes physical abuse

  Yep, it really breaks down to events described by a friend of mine.

  He remembers attending a Senate Committee hearing in DC where then IRS Commissioner Rossotti was to speak, and seeing the Secret Service Detail protecting his movements in the Hall.

  Only 2 years later having a friend tell him how a DC Mason just repointed Rossotti’s Home Fireplace while he sat in the kitchen, as 2 former members of Honduran Death Squads worked on the fireplace.

  But why is the Bolshevick collecting the money under the Capitalism Side?

  Is that not what the Book taught us, they are both the same in the end? Both end in Tyranny where some citizens are more equal than others?

  We can expect nothing less from the fruits of the trees of the 19th Century Robber Barons who created Communism from the religion of Capitalism. Their religion is a failure.

  3 Original State’s Constitutions taught us that Capitalism ends in Tyranny of monopolies, and therefore are enemies of Liberty of THE PEOPLE.

  Time to think outside of the Box and look at Biblicism.

  There can be no freedom, no liberty, and no commerce, without the LAW TORAH.
