  My husband is an officer, Loudoun County VA has had these for a couple of years. So far all it has done is protect HIM from false complaints from people he has pulled over.

  I hope all you cop haters never need to call on one. Getting robbed? Call a teacher!

  Wow. Incredible. First of all, I am all for spanking children when the behavior calls for it. I did for my daughter when it was necessary, and it wasnt necessary often that’s for sure. But there is a huge difference between disciplining/spanking a child and beating a child. Secondly, this girl is physically disabled to an extent. Third, she is 16, a little too old for spanking in my opinion. What was her horrible crime, downloading music that she shouldnt have. None of you, not a single stinking one of you that is saying she deserved it, that she got what she asked for, was a perfect kid or didnt tell a lie to a parent or sneak something you werent supposed to. You think this behavior is warranted? Your sick. BOTH parents took swings at her. That is abuse, that is not discipline. He was beating her out of anger. That was clear as day. The mother has no excuse, you dont dog-pile when a child is being disciplined. At 16 yrs old, appropriate punishment would have been loss of the computer. She abused the priveledge of using the computer so she loses it. But beatings like that, no way.

  And yeah, darned right she is still dealing with emotional problems from this! She should be. I guarantee you this wasnt the first time or the worst time.

  Yeah, you’re right! He already did have the lacerations before the encounter with the cops! Besides the fact that I didnt see any beating going on here….
  Also, my husband is a motor cop and I will tell you right now, shoving his bike over while on it is an assault because of the clear danger of injury to the officer. Law enforcement officers are entitled to use the appropriate and necessary amount of force to get it done, when a crowd starts blocking the movement of the officer and impeding his movement, putting the officer in clear danger, it is absolutely appropriate for him to speed up his bike to get the crowd to move, What is he supposed to do, let the crowd surround him and rip him off his bike? No, I dont think so….

  Their complaining cause they dont get interaction with Americans? They aren’t getting the cultural experience? Isn’t that what they should be doing when they are OFF work in the evenings and weekends? Is it up to Hershey to provide that? No, they provide the job and the visa, period. And, to punish Hershey, they should be unionized? What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? WTF?

  OOH, so according to Baldwin we should base our justice system on the opinion of a FORMER FBI director – a BEAUROCRAT, instead of the 12 jurors who found him guilty, the multiple courts all the way up the system AND the SUPREME COURT who all had full access to the evidence and testimony…. Yeah, ok, let’s do that….. DUH

  This is just up the street from my house and I was invited to go today and had been looking forward to it. I decided to go to a baby shower instead. I am SOOO glad I didnt go. I think it would have messed me up watching that live. My heart aches for all the people there watching and the pilot and their family.

  That is the problem with Ron Paul, and most of his supporters, they are so far right, that they are left. RP partnering with Barney Frank on national security bills, this type of behaviour from his radical supporters. And yes, I do think you can judge a candidate by his supporters. I have long been put off by his supporters, and this just does me in.
