  I’m an Aussie liveing here (in AL.) I went for my drivers licence test oth‘ day on the application form I had to fill in’ it said “what race”? I was confused & slightly overwhelmed‘ eh my prob’ but asked the supervisor ‘she wrote W (for white’) ah‘ I just said I was gonna put ’human‘ but thought I’d check anyways ’cause we all bleed the same’ I passed the test ok (it was easy’) not bad for an ol‘ bloke that got his drivers licence in Oz’ in 1965, ah‘ the good old days we never worried too much about race’ then in Aust……. gees‘ I wish I could wind the clock back’.
