  Expungement is the wrong action. If the clerk won’t correct a typo (they shouldn’t have a problem with that), get an attorney and sue the County and the clerk. The court can order the correction to the records, Then the 1995 charge can be expunged, assuming there are no other charges. I suspect this guy is whining because he insists on doing it the wrong way by himself.

  Sounds like Georgia is holding back a student they haven’t given up on yet. If he can‘t pass the test he shouldn’t graduate. Hold him back a year and try again. You don‘t do him any favors by pretending he qualifies when he doesn’t. We complain when schools pass kids when they shouldn’t, but then turn around and make exuses when they don’t. Life isn’t fair the way it hands out talents to people, some things are easier for some people than others. And this young man may have more difficulties than most, but that doesn’t mean they should pass him. Graduating because your a good reason is a bad idea.

  Notice that there was no mention of him being held back before. Good for Georgia. Hold him back and concentrate on math. Help him to succeed for real. Give up on him latter.

  This is incredibly insulting. The judge should ban the hijab and similar attire from the court room and tell the idiot attorney that if she ever shows up in court dressed like that again she will be held in contempt and spend a week in jail.

  Islam is one sick ideology. In addition to all the other hateful and evil ideas that it teaches, if a man gets aroused because he sees an attractive woman, it‘s the woman’s fault (she gets a beating). If these fools can‘t concentrate because women in the west don’t cover themselves then that’s too bad for them. It would be nice if they got the death penalty, because I would like to see them try to demand that female witnesses wear the hijab because they can’t concentrate while being executed!

  This is so stupid. We‘re supposed to give a crying child anything he wants simply because he’s crying? Kids that little cry over almost anything at that age. Our neighbors came over to visit the other day and their child (about the same age) started onto climb into the plants by the porch, which would have destroyed them. The child’s mother stopped her and she started to cry. Should we say go ahead and kill the plants so she’ll stop crying? If I see a child crying because the parents said no to candybar, should I give her one? What if the child wanted my dog? My computer? My pretty car? This is part of life. Having little disappointments like this is what helps kids to grow into responsible independant adults.

  Further, the couple didn‘t take the ball from the child and they weren’t rubbing it in the face of the child. They were taking a picture. I‘ve been going to major league baseball games for 40 years and I’ve never gotten a foul ball. If I did I’d probably take a picture. The anouncer needs to appologize. I hope he doesn’t have children, that he spoils the way he thinks others should spoil kids.

  What we need is to amend the Constitution to have an “anti-idiot clause” so that idiots like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Ried, Maxine Waters, Joe Biden, etc couldn’t be elected in the first place. Unfortunately, we’d have an idiot like Obama deciding who the idiots are. So, I guess we’ll just have to stick with what we got, it’s the best thing going, except when fools like Pelosi and Obama, who don’t understand it, ignore it.
