  • The Bible describes all sins the same. There is not worse sin or better sin and yet ‘people’ consider some worse than others. Usually those people consider their sins lesser than those of others.

Man has made laws against murder or molesting a child. God set them as equal to other sins. Hiding behind the Bible to denigrate one group as being a lesser deserving group is the next sin of not casting judgement.

People have a history of finding fault with others to justify their own feeling of superiority. Many look at skin color to define themselves as better than others. In Ireland their weren’t enough dark people so they fought over which church you attended. In both cases many considered murder as justified (think jihad) to fight for their dominance over others.

Are Christians campaigning against homosexuals doing the same?

  • Gay rights are less important to the President than free birth control for women? On one issue he will respect religious freedom and on the other he will trample it and call out the Church as evil

  • Money in banks will be revalued in Drachmas and money taken out will be in Euros. Only an idiot would leave a deposit in a Greek bank .

  • The media always puts a spin on their reports. Facts are mush less important than the desire to hype a story.

  • At least he didn’t apply at the Blaze. The article on Marriott’s marketing to gays looked like a hit piece intended to incite people against the Hotel chain. Reading the comments it appeared to have worked. This wasn’t news because the Daily Caller wrote extensively about it last June.

It upsets me to see the Blaze copy the tactics of the left. To try and stir up resentment against Marriott’s for being accepting of gay customers and even marketing to them is just wrong. This wasn’t about gay people trying to force themselves or their views on society. This was the Blaze trying to make Marriott’s evil for not hating them. It is not what I expect to see from Glen Beck or this site.

I hope you review your mission. If your about freedom I am still with you. If you have become a gay bashing organization I am afraid I will be leaving the fold.

  • How is this article anything but an attempt to create a boycott? I thought trying to destroy a brand or a person over things like this were wrong?

The chain is doing nothing “anti family” or “ anti hetero”, they are just marketing to gay people as well. In business this is called marketing

This article changes from protecting families to being anti gay. I didn’t expect this from the Blaze or Glen Beck. You crossed a major line with this article and its purpose.

  • First, I know this is serious because a man is dead. Second, I know the world will attack me for finding humor is a man’s demise, but this is beyond irony. A swan was place in a pond to keep out the geese. A man is being tasked with checking on a swan. A man flips his kayak because the swan drew near him and then he drowns.

This is unbelievable. I will have to admit I find it hilarious. This cannot be a real story

  • Why is he retired at 48?

  • Derbyshire simply pointed out the obvious. When a Black writer explains the victimized view in ‘the Talk” with his son the world shudders at the thought but applauds his candor.

When a White author uses the same points from a ‘non black’ point of view he if fired for his satire and his touching a raw nerve.

I think Barrack Obama proclaimed his white grandmother reacted as any ‘typical white woman’ would in getting nervous if some young black men approached her.

Juan Williams was fired by NPR for saying he gets a little nervous when people in Muslim garb are boarding his airplane.

Honesty is only allowed if previously cleared by the “we are going to get crap for this” committee. It is a shame to see the National Review fall into this trap.

  • It’s hard to believe many postings on here are from Christians. The hate, venom, and anger are not Christian values. Even when proclaiming your belief that a sexuality is a sin there is no need for the venom.

I would think many need to rethink what Christianity really is about. If you have violence, hate, or intentional hurt as your motive some conversation with God may be in order.
