  How exactly is this discriminating against women? My wife was on the pill for years before we had our first child and then was on the pill again in between having two other children. In all she took the pill for about 10 years of our marriage untill i got a vasectomy. If the pill was not covered on MY policy (since my insurance has always covered our family) then wouldb’t that fact also affect me as a man?

  So let me understand the left’s arguments………….waterboarding top terrorist leader’s for info to save American lives is bad and will cause more Americans to die but flying a gay pride flag in the middle of Muslim land for all the Muslims to see is just down right GREAT!!!!!! I am certain that a direct afront to the koran like celebrating homosexuality won’t cause ANY additional American deaths!!!!

  No it should not. Mandating what people can and can’t wear is no different than mandating what people have to buy. That’s the problem with some of us republicans. We want a law to force people to do what they don’t want to because we think they should. Then we want the same law to protect us from doing what we don’t want to do. If the gov‘t mandates what people can and can’t wear then what is to stop them from making everyone dress in rainbow colored slacks? Freedom is tough and in order to be free you have to live with a lot you don’t agree with.

  In the end you WILL NOT choose your own doctor. Employer provided health care is a benefit in order for the company to attract talented employees. If everyone has health care then it is no longer a benefit and employers will drop it in order to pay the less expensive penalty. The government will end up supplying helth care for EVERYONE and no good doctor will want to be a part of what will essentially be Medicare. Stop lying to everyone telling them they can keep their doctor. If they have a good doctor then he will not be part of a medicare type system that pays them peanuts.

  And just for your record, even if the republicans had brought up this draconnian mandate I would still be against it. There is noting personally responsible about the government forcing you to enter into a contract with another person/company just because you were born.

  Why are these idiots protesting for his arrest? The video clearly shows he has already BEEN arrested. He’s being led from the car into booking IN handcuffs. I’m not sure about your definition, but to me that is being arrested.

  “Leave politics out of the classroom,” he said. “Present a balanced viewpoint, teaching children to listen to all sides and think for themselves.”

  It’s kind of hard to “leave politics out of” a civics class. But the liberal “teacher” definitely needs to leave HIS political feelings out of the classroom. The case copuld have been done completely fairly by splitting the class into 5 groups instead of 4 and adding one group to study Obama. But hey, why should kids vet Obama when the media won’t even do it?

  This isn’t going to work. I just checked their website and all the homeless people are in the the same part of town within a half block of each other. How am I supposed to get service on the other side of town?

  This is freaking rediculous! I totally, whole-hearted, completely, undeniably, inexscusably, (have I made my point?) agree that homosexuality is a sin. But so is lying, adultry, having unclean thoughts, stealing, PORN, and a thousand other things. If this priest doesn’t give communion to people who are living in sin then he must have an abundance of little wafers and grape juice back in the abbey.

  This is the problem with our Christian argument about homosexuality. GOD sees a sin as a sin. According to the BIBLE, beging homosexual is the same as lying. We should hate the sin not the person. I hate it when Christians like this force me to defend the other side.
