Woman hears her own voice for the first time

From the hotlink to the original story; “I had an implant put in 8 weeks ago called The Esteem Implant by Envoy Medical,” Churman wrote on her YouTube channel. “I was born deaf and have worn hearing aids from the age of 2, but hearing aids only help so much. I have gotten by this long in life by reading lips. This was taken as they were activating the implant.”
This would explain why she has been able to train herself to speak clearly… Seems hearing aids kept her from being ‘totally’ deaf… It seems the difference is miraculous… Great thing!!
