When I was younger, my parents would get the belt out, and if they did, it was one smack hard enough to make it sting, but no harder. It taught me respect, from that ONE hit, this dad should not have hit her at all, because as you get older the same “discipline” doesn’t work. I am 14 now, and I know (from the ONE hit with the belt, when I was YOUNGER) that I should not do things wrong, and that my parents are trying to help me, my parents don’t even need to bring the belt out anymore, they use some other form of punishment (taking away “computer rights”, or grounding me for whatever I did). This man should not be walking free in the streets. If he can lose his temper like that, who says he’s not capable to do it again, to someone else this time?!
