  You’re only surprised if you haven’t been paying attention. Remember the beginning of this arab spring, we had these dictators shutting down the internet. Hillary and other democrats were telling US how bad this is for these tyrants to shut down the internet, and at the same time, the exact same time, pushing forward legislation giving the our president that same power. I even heard 1 politician say that china has the power to shut down the internet in china, the president should also.

  I can’t think of 1 single example from history that would justify the government having this ability. No hurricane, no tornado, no typhoon, no act of terrorism, no earthquake… nothing has ever happened in the history of this country where everyone needed to have immediate knowledge of an impending doom that threatened every single American at the same time coast to coast… ever…
