  I believe the big picture has been missed. Under ammendment1, the Constitution states,”The exercise of free speech, right? What about the town’s right to exercise their right to free speech? Ever think about that?
  It seems that the majority of the folks that live there like the idea of the verses on the signs.
  So, what you gonna’ do, buckaroo?

  The sheriff is the highest law enforcement person in a county. He is elected! Anyone who is just hired state patrol, forest service, federal marshal, doj, and the like must get his permission for business within his county. He can stop them in their tracks if he needs to. Nothing the feds. can do about it.

  Shirley, I couldn’t agree with you more. It is often said that all one has to do is go to the top of the Space Needle and take the 360 degree view and see who controls this state.
  I, on the other hand live on the sane side of the mountains. If control of the state was decided by acreage of land, it would be so red it would look black.

  One thing that has always bothered me about this whole abortion thing is this: #1. A woman decides she doesn’t want that horrible thing that is growing in her, she can have it killed. Case closed. #2: A woman who is pregnant with a child she wants, is involved in a car crash. In this case, the other one is the cause. He/she/it is charged with vehicular homicide for killing her unborn child.
  What is wrong with this picture?

  This study means nothing.
  First please define religious. To me, they who call themselves ‘religious’ are some of the most pompous, holier than thou a-holes out there.
  One who walks in the grace of our Lord, gives without thinking about it. I, for one, never claim what I give on my taxes (it‘s no one’s business).
  In this country, even atheists have been brought up under the christian ethic. Go to other parts of the world, like China, Vietnam, any good communist country, life has no meaning. A man is nothing more that another animal and is treated as such.

  Hey Tex, I hate to say this but you don’t understand the passages of The Book of Acts you quote. Those people sold and gave the proceeds GLADLY. They were not forced to do so as the commies would make them.
  You see the difference? Willfully as to being forced.
  Christians understand the gift of giving, as to the blessing that one reaps. Communism only leads to uniform misery.

  War on Women? Didn’t realize there was one until Little Georgie tried to make it one. If there is really a war on women, it’s from the left. They are always the ones trying to put us all in little boxes, marked in such ways as, man/woman, black/white/hispanic/oriental, gay/straight, you get the picture. Conservatives look at people as (get this) people. If one is truly color blind, it would be a conservative.
