AT&T Ordered to Pay Muslim Woman $5 Million in Workplace Harassment Suit
May 7, 2012 at 12:05am
So she got offended that someone, her supervisor(?), allegedly insulted her hajib? Was the color of it disagreeable? Making women wear hajibs and burquas is tantamount to making slaves wear shackles in this culture. She was offended that someone insulted her shackles. Just wow. For people who define freedom as the complete and total subjugation to allah’s will, we cannot expect to ever understand them. The radicals anyway, Dr.. Zhudi Jasser is one of the great outspoken true peace seeking muslim practitioners and is NOT involved with CAIR and the other support groups. How long do we continue to aid and abed those who wish nothing but to deceive us until they can kill us as is written in the part of their Quo’ran that says what to do with those who do not follow allah. Freedom is not being subjugated but having the ability to make decisions of your own. What they should understand but do not is that true conversions is never done by force but through the heart (soul, spirit) per the Spirit of God.
They would have us convert or die. If I remember a third of the host of Heaven was cast out for this communistic way of thinking. This is an evil and socialistic societies, communism, fascism, all would take away free will and remove the individual’s ability to choose to live up to potential gifts from their Creator. Capitalism is not perfect but it allows the most free will opportunites of any society ever in the history of Earth. The 5,000 year leap CANNOT have been for naug

Medical malpractice suits where they cut off the wrong foor do not even get awarded this much money. This is tantamount to these vermin using our own justice system against us. I would like to see the video and audio of said harrassment. If there is a dress code she was in violation of and had agreed to before working and then converted, she is still bound by the dress code with only the exceptions of religious attire as required by her beliefs and allowed under the code she agreed to with her employment. The claims here seem to me to be hard to believe at best. CAIR being involved certainly decreases the ligitimacy of her claims. I have worked for AT&T in the past and knowing how the CWA union is, this kind of thing would never have gone that far as a craft technician or any other unionized worker. If her job was not considered to be craft, the fact she was making 70,000 per year says she must have been considered management level or in engineering as they define it and I can attest to the fact that such behaviour is not tolerated at all. The union there is especially oversensitive to the plight of anyone who is not caucasian or Christian. CWA could really care even less about those who do not pursue communism or socialism. Fat people are discriminated against there more than she EVER was. They get no protection, just as older employees do not. Only thing that matters is time in title and time in location.

BTW Tanker I never called you mentally unstable…. and I am assuming you are a fellow Army vet. You just have a real Alex Jones/Ron Paul/Jesse Ventura stench of brainwashing about you. Does this make you a 9/11 truther like them as well? Or do you believe Popular Mechanics and their debunking of the conspiracy theories regarding this issue? I am a physics man, myself so I tend to believe the reality of the scientific arguments. I probably just lost you there. Sorry, I will type slower so you can keep up. Your argument is eleven up and three down. You seem to be willing to justify their actions of peeking tomfoolery by saying that it is wrong to take down an unauthorized surveillance craft, this case being a radio controlled helicam, that cost a little bit of money from an organization that claims to be a nonprofit charity which really is not. You still will not acknowledge that if they were spying over your privacy fence with a pedophile at the controls that there would be a problem with it. You also say you would have shot it down as well. Well, which is it? Is it right or wrong? Your arguing over which side you would take seems mostly just to show schizophrenia because you could be more “crystal clearly” unclear. Ignorant ranting babble mixed with false accusations and trying to twist words of other long time Blaze bloggers into those of being paid trolls seems to be your goal. If it is not, then you are succeeding at the wrong goal. The attempted spying was wrong. perio

They have no right to spy and I would have shot it down. But your idea that you have the right because they did it without the right is morally bankrupt.
“Some of us still believe in decency and privacy”
Exactly what I said, Don’t try and turn it around because your upset I pointed out your hypocrisy.
“Decency and morality are not bad words despite what you would have us believe tanker.”
I said exactly the opposite.
Yes, you were saying exactly the opposite of the idea that decency and morality being good words. Whatever man. Morally bankrupt for saying it would be good to give them a taste of their own medicine? Ludicrous.
WOW. Blatant crystal clear lies. You show up here 5 days ago and start accusing others of the things your guilty of, then claim that others are doing it to you. Go back to HuffPo where you belong Troll.
NEVERMIND, about the 5 days. apparently they don’t allow you to see a persons post older than a few weeks. But please do go back to HuffPo
So, you spend time on HuffPo? I have never even seen the site. Yes, you can look up history of anyone’s remarks back pretty far, not just 5 days.
Try http://www.theblaze.com/users/.
I’ve been here since the beginning of the site. I couldn’t expect you to believe that though considering the trash in your ears and coming out of your mouth ditzing other people who have all noticed how emotional you got after getting called out on your liberalism. You must have missed the 10 or

Tanker
I am no hypocrite. That would be you. I said it would be up their alley to give them a taste of their own medicine but I did not nor would I have spied on them as they did. You ignoring plain English and claiming hypocrisy shows your liberal indoctrination has taken hold very well. That is a left wing liberal tactic. Accuse the other side of doing exactly what you are really doing first and then nobody sees that you are the hypoicrite and you falsely allege the same against the other. I am not the one who got their feelers hurt and am not responding emotionally. That is what you are doing. I think most conservatives are fed up with this psychological sleight of hand you liberals play. Stop attempting to masquerade as a conservative because your true colors are showing… green.

Also if you cannot determine the intent of something like this that is so out of place hovering above your property, perhaps surveilling you, would you not say you have a right to defend your own privacy from another civilian acting like a PEEPING TOM?!? Tanker, you sound like a liberal. Oh yeah, I sure would allow some morons operating a camera bot hovering above my fence looking into my back yard and my own private life and voyeurizing my family sunbathing by the pool as well. How many dads out there would take one of those things down if they knew it was being operated by a pedophile? Some of us still believe in decency and privacy and that you should have safe havens where you could expect to walk around your own yard dressed how you want to be if you have good privacy fences or live in the woods in the sticks without ever having to see you recorded in your speedos being played on youtube. Decency and morality are not bad words despite what you would have us believe tanker. They had no right to play peeping toms and maybe the kids shooting at it should have used paintball guns or bb guns instead but if they didn’t want their junk broke, they should not have put it up there but did so likely because they knew that their communist in chief would stand behind them. I think Eric Holder already has his hands full, however. NDAA did NOT grant civilians the right to fly spy drones with or without warrants surveilling private property. NDAA AND OBAMACARE both need to be erased.

“I would have used bird shot and made swiss cheese out of it. They think they are playing battlebots and are clever with a private drone to catch the pigeon killers as if there is a place reserved for them in hell or in jail. I don’t think most D.A.s would really care to prosecute other than a fine for the money generation. Also being an R/C enthusiast, I would have loved to hover one of those cheap drones outside of their hooka party where they came up with this idea. film that and release the footage just after they released theirs of shooting the pigeons.”
REALLY? It is OK for you…..Just not for them? I can‘t stand these animal rights lunatic’s or their liberal commie Bull****. But you cannot say that we can ever win this fight if we do not play by the same rules! Integrity Must be at the top of the list otherwise we are no better than they are!
Saying and Doing are 2 different things. I never said it was good or right what they did. They were obviously trying to invade the privacy of others without reasonable search or a warrant or authority. If this was completely open to the public in full view, there can’t much expectation of privacy. With drones of our failing government flying overhead now, anything that is outside, on private property now, is in full view of the overhead big brotherbots. I am not playing both sides so stop acting like a troll. we both have rights to privacy but also to be free to pursue happiness and bear arms and pr

Good Fences make good neighbors.
These toy shark morons are just trying to get in the news. They more than likely had an equipment malfunction or even more likely it was operator error as we say in the military. I would have used bird shot and made swiss cheese out of it. They think they are playing battlebots and are clever with a private drone to catch the pigeon killers as if there is a place reserved for them in hell or in jail. I don’t think most D.A.s would really care to prosecute other than a fine for the money generation. Also being an R/C enthusiast, I would have loved to hover one of those cheap drones outside of their hooka party where they came up with this idea. film that and release the footage just after they released theirs of shooting the pigeons. Then again, if martial law gets instated under this administration from the NDAA using all of its drones within the next 12 months, 30, 000 of them over U.S. soil monitoring citizens and OnStar doing the same, carrier pigeons may be the only way we Tea Party, 912ers, FreedomWorks, etc. can communicate once they hit the internet kill switch enabled under the SOPA and PIPPA(? not sure of the acronym) acts. May need to save the pigeons and go back to really old school encryption on paper. Man I really do not want this country, the only society where freedom ever existed, to be lost especially for our childrens’ sake and lose it on OUR watch. This may be another of their arguments against 2nd amendment rights also

We seem to be missing stories on The Blaze about the 30,000 drones that will be up and buzzing over US soil. NDAA mandated it from what I hear and I would like The Blaze to investigate.
Also I heard Glenn mention that China was responsible for hacking the drone that “crashed” in Iran so it may have been landed there in actuality or intentional by the Chinese. Where is this story?
As far as this story goes, guys in the trees with buckshot taking down thier “drone” I don’t have a problem with. They knew where they were flying it from and that likely the shooters would not risk shooting “towards” a busy highway which the group cried. It would have been funnier though to crash another radio controlled plane into it in mid air.I guess being an enthusiast for R/C stuff labels me, too, though. Did they ask these birds if they wanted to be filmed? Their rights to die privately and expect reasonable privacy on private land were denied using their argument. These vegan nutjobs do not even remember that their own beloved Darwin postulated that man did not gain intelligence until he BEGAN eating meat.
VIDEO: Allen West on the state of the Tea Party
February 13, 2012 at 3:10pm
Tea Party Express has deviated from my own Tea Party values. They are backing Newt, the biggest progressive RINO ever. I support FreedomWorks still but not TPE. They sold out to probably the worst person they could have.
We seem to have taken a punch in the gut with Bachman’s premature withdrawal and the removal of Cain (much through his own poor choices). Santorum is the last best Reagan type and closest to Tea Party Values we have left. Allen West is awesome. Sure wish he could have decided to run.
