  All businesses up… or all down. Grandfathering has seen its day… and furthermore whats up with the community policing station? Id want to know more about that. I dont see it as a race issue cause this is happening to whites too and Asians…. etc…

  Same exact thing happened to me. I was in a company vehicle and had to pay the 130 or so fine personally and go to traffic school by order of the company. My company was behind me but insurance required it. Total cost out the door was much higher in the end. Bottom line I too didnt sit for a 3 count.Yes I was in the wrong. Im sure I have done this numerous times before without even thinking and probably more things. The officer had a choice to make that day and he made it.

  Now if there was a camera there I would surely get ticketed every time without hestation, and from what I hear in NY the rear end accident rate has increased because people slam on the brakes and cause rear end accidents. But when anyone uses any situation to turn honesty into a reversal for fortune, I think its just wrong.

  If I were your police officer that day I would have warned you and said good day. It would have built my respect level for the good police officers who sacrifice for us daily and enabled that officer to have yet another cooperative citizen in his hour of need. Stay in the light :)

  So let me get this straight… is this a story in code to warn me that if my windows are tinted I will get pulled over? In FL too dark is probable cause, albeit rarely enforced, or is their something other that escalates this story to this level of news. If it read Police Man: … rather than Police: Man arrested I might see the significance. This kind of thing happens every night .. all night long in high drug traffic areas…help me out here blazers ??
