  Encinom, W was in office for 8 yrs., Obama only 3. Your understanding of history is sorely lacking in facts. You need to read some history about recess appointments & fillibusters, (not FILLERBUSTER you really need some education). The Senate is not in recess & these appointmens are UNCONSTITUTIONAL whether you like it or not. Unlike you, I would not like it if Obama made these appointments legally but I would not moan & cry about it if they were made according to the Constitution. That is the difference between you & I, I believe in the Constitution & you seem to think that Obama can bend the law anyway he wants. Well get over it, he is not King although he appears to think he is. Also, please hire a proof reader and stop embarassing yourself with your spelling.

  @Encinom: The DEMOCRATS by fraud kept the Senate in Pro Forma sessions, the Senate was not conducting any business, there where not enough member in town for quorum, none of the leadership was in town. No, the DEMOCRATS attemtped to do an end run around the Constitution. BUSH should have appointedt the rest of his nominees, all of them and force the Senate in court to defend the its fraud. You must be too young to remember the DEMOCRATS doing this to Bush. Your own words, (changed slightly), come back to bite you!!!! By the way you should learn to spell, it’s SENATE not SEANTE.

  @Commonsense: I carry my concealed weapon into a bar & have a beer I will be arrested immediately. I try to carry a concealed weapon onto an aircraft & the TSA fines me, slaps me on the butt & I walk away. Make sense? Of course they don’t give a damn about security, it’s all about show & money.
