  “The Rich” are part of the problem, not the 1%.

  It’s more like the 0.0X% who are making all the money betting mortgages were going to fail and they were going to be bailed out by the Gov.

  The difference is that your average millionaire–or even billionaire–is not involved.

  Insider elites (who are often rich) like Geitner (or even Obama thanks to book sales) don’t pay any taxes, so that’s why they want them raised.
