  • Kind of reminds me of when that skinny little punk Australian student was picking on the bigger one. Skinny little turd got himself exactly what he was begging for.

  • I love The Blaze, but they need to improve quality control a bit. The fossil picture is not archaeopteryx. It is a pterosaur and is not considered a descendant or ancestor of birds. Also, what is wrong with the notion that God created a universe that functions by physical laws that we can observe, test, and learn. Otherwise, what is the purpose of faith in God? Faith is fundamental in my belief in God. I would also say to those that mock the faithful, faith is fundamental in science as well. Why else would we invest so much money, effort and time in failed scientific inquiries.

  • The cowards and appeasers may get the lions share of the camera time in the United States, and on the world stage for that matter, but the brave and silent are present in numbers and are ready to finish it. Let Muslims make their threats, let them gather their masses, let them show themselves. The true hearted Americans, though we may differ in the minutia, have been living their lives as our Founders intended, living our freedom. Now that it is being threatened. The world will soon see who we are and that we are awake and our action will be absolute.

  • The nice thing about the precedent set by our president is that our fleet won’t have to follow the command to attack anyone. They just have to interpret it differently. In other words, any way they choose. Ahhh, now that could make things really exciting, and a game changer.

  • A simple solution is to have Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Maxine Walters, Charlie Rangel, and plenty of others, drive cabs, late a night, in bad neighborhoods, and pick up any and all. I would even pay the fares in advance, just so they had plenty of cash to make change. That would be a real good first step to fixing the problem.

  • J.J.,

“Nappy headed president” only works only for members in good standing. Otherwise, I wouldn’t try it. But I would give you an “A” for effort. I am sure you mean well.

  • This is not about free internet, free education, free food, free health care, free public transportation, free housing, free anything. It is about restricting freedom. The progressives sense the change in the winds. They are trying to garner favor by doing what they have always done. It will not work, in the long run, as it has worked so far. Some will be bought. But I see the posts of many on this site and other sites, that tell me some of their clientele are shopping elsewhere. A lot of window shoppers too. And the offerings on the right are becoming much more appealing.

“Come into my parlor, said the spider to the fly.” ~ any progressive

  • So, Sharpton says that by racially profiling, cab drivers will only exacerbate the problem. The problem is that the risk of being murdered or robbed increases very significantly with certain races. Mr. Mateo and his drivers know this. The police know this. Even, Sharpton seems to know and admit this. His argument of exacerbating the problem, is now, that these races, blacks and Hispanics, will murder and rob and even higher rates unless you pick them up. Did I hear him correctly?

  • Covering up the truth, with cosmetics, words, or omission, is one of the tenets of our legal system. Seriously, aren’t most defense lawyers cosmetologists anyways? Have you ever gone through the jury selection process? I have for 4 separate trials. The jury tampering begins during the selection process and continues in the courtroom proceedings. Imagine trying to put together a 1000 piece puzzle and they intentionally only give you 5 of the 1000 pieces that they have. Once again, us common folk are too stupid to make intelligent decisions based on the facts. So they only give us that which they deem we are worthy.

  • I am going to come out of the closet and admit that I too work at a university. I know I may have just destroyed my credibility with that admission. But unlike Hub City Progressive, I do not preach, I teach. I have had students, semester after semester, tell me that they recommend other students to take the courses I offer, as opposed to other professors. Why? Because, at the end of my course, they don’t know my political leanings. I present case studies from multiple points of view. I do not “fearmonger” the issues with “knee-jerk” reactions, as HCProg suggests happens on this site. Some times it does happen on this site. But HCProg’s own commentary is an example of a “knee-jerk“ reaction that tries to dismiss ”THE BLAZE” based on the comments of a few. That is hypocrisy! But then again, he provides more evidence of academia exemplifying quintessentially elitism.
