See What People Are Calling ‘The Shot of the Tournament’ From the 2012 Masters
April 8, 2012 at 10:22pm
Why not? It’s a great story of a great shot in the playoff of a great Masters. Oh wait, you don‘t play or watch golf so you don’t get it and don’t see why others do. Go out and try to duplicate that shot. Bet you can’t instead I bet you say something about chasing a ball or something equally brain dead. To many people it‘s a great sport and the Masters is it’s top event. If you don‘t agree don’t click on the article. Simple solutions for simple minds.
Keep in mind this is the only sport where how you play directly effects how you get paid. You can’t sign a contract and just put out what you think is enough to get by. If you don’t make the cut you just wasted time. Yes some of the best will get apperance bonuses but nobody walks to first or through a down. Every shot counts and Bubbas’ was a great one worthy of recongnition. Even if small minded people don’t want to know.
Military Investigating Gay Pride Flag That Was Allegedly Raised on U.S. Military Base In Afghanistan
April 4, 2012 at 10:02pm
Ok, I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that that is not Afghanistan. I live in Jersey and have those vapor trails over me all day, every day. They are made by commercial aircraft here and suspect the same in the photo. Wouldn’t think the military would have that kind of tight flight paths over an area like Afghanistan. I served in the Marine Corps and when we took a float from Okinawa to the Phillipines, although we had a dozen ships with us we never saw one.
And I guess I‘m hoping that our military hasn’t come to this.
Gunman Launches Grenade Attack at Belgium Bus Stop
December 13, 2011 at 7:21pm
I found this looking around. Obviously nothing to indicate violence.
“The attacker is believed to be 33-year-old Nordine Amrani, who shot himself in the head after his rampage sent bystanders fleeing into nearby buildings
Mr. Amrani was reportedly released early from prison this year because his crimes – which included possession of drugs and firearms – did not comprise of violence.
Amrani was originally sentenced in 2008 to three to just under five years in prison and fined €11,000, according to the Belgian paper Le Soir. The weapons in his possession at the time included an AK47 and a rocket launcher.”
Former MN Gov. Jesse, ‘The Body,‘ Ventura Slams ’The Fascist States of America’
November 5, 2011 at 10:34pm
MONICNE, no I don’t agree that he was a wartime volunteer Navy SEAL Vietnam hero. I was a grunt in the Marine Corps in the early 80′s. Marines died and killed while I was on active duty (I was mainly drinking and womanizing in asia) and I would never think of claiming to be recon or a sniper in Beirut.
I was ready to do my part as I am sure he was but to claim a piece of honor earned by others is simply wrong and dishonorable and he is again in this instance.

Casey Anthony Found Not Guilty of Murder in Death of Daughter Caylee
July 5, 2011 at 4:49pm
Ok Dale, so what you’re saying is that if a parent strangles their kid then drives the body around in their car until they decide what to do with the it, then dumps it in the woods because the car is starting to really smell, then tells everyone that the kid is at Disneyland having fun while going out and partying for a month until a family member reports that their car smells like a corpse, then tells the cops a nonsensical story or maybe 20 nonsensical stories until the skeletal remains are found scattered by animals in the woods, that that parent that was responsible for that child’s care and well being, that that parent who is supposed to be a loving caring parent of that child, that that parent who had a car that had the stench of death inside it that cadaver dogs reacted to, that that parent has no evidence against them.
That means that any parent that doesn‘t want their kid could just go out and do a delayed abortion on them and as long as the body isn’t found before it becomes skeletal, “Well no evidence, no crime”. Her behavior was evidence as much as any fingerprint and I would say more reliable than any eye witness. If not, then every parent has about 2 1/2 months every summer to decide if they really want that bothersome little person ruining their lives. Who knew summer vacation could become so dangerous.
Marine Marriage Scam: Lesbian Couple Entered Into Sham Marriages to Collect Benefits
July 3, 2011 at 10:08am
Their is nothing new about this scam. I knew a number of guys that would marry girls back home just for the extra money and bennies for the girl. Most of the girls wouldnt even come back with them. I always thought it was a bad idea because you kind of leave yourself out there come divorce time. You’d have to make sure you could trust her not to go for alimony.
NBC Omits ‘Under God’ From Pledge During U.S. Open Introduction — TWICE
June 19, 2011 at 4:44pm
They just acknowledged that they edited out a portion of the pledge, that it wasn’t intended to offend anyone but didnt say what part was edited. I think it would’ve been more meaningful if they had. I heard it live and there was no doubt that it was done deliberately.
Is MSNBC Tanking Without Olbermann? Not Quite…
