  The cops would be criticized if they did not kill the perp and the perp killed the guy at the pump next to him.

  Critics in situations like this are idiots. What were they supposed to do?

  Any criminal that does not realize you will be killed by the cops if you commit a crime with a gun, is already brain dead, so really nothing is lost and much is gained.

  Just another example of how unappreciative and how selfish and inconsiderate many of them are considering most are here illegaly.

  I know he is just a kid but it is representative of their lifestyle and demeanor. I see it on a daily basis.

  As a police officer I have been keeping my own personal poll of all Hispanics that I pull over in traffic stops. Since January 1st of 2012 I have stopped a total of 78 Hispanics. Out of this 78, only two had a valid state issued driver’s license. 76 were here illegally. 78 were employed. YES 100% WERE EMPLOYED! 11 did not have insurance and here is the real kicker, 62 out of the 78 were DUI……..

  These numbers are disproportionate to any other race (white,black,Native American,Asian, or people from the middle east)

  Call me what you want but this is reality. If I profiled, the results would be even more unbelievable.

  And for anyone who missed it, look closely at the video and you can see the suspect square off toward the officer and and act like he was going to swing his weapon toward him. That was when he was shot.

  The outcome will be a justifiable shooting whether you like it or not.

  Most cops are stupid and lazy. Most of them cannot justify their government wages. Most of them are uneducated. Most of them would shrivel up and die in the real world if they had to get a real job.

  This cop should be terminated and have to make restitution to the owners of this dog. He should be charged with discharging his weapon without cause. He should be kicked in the nuts and left on the side of the road.
