I’m a police officer and I am ashamed to hear what officers in WI. have done. We have sworn to uphold the constitution and protect the people, not my own interests. I am personally against abortion, but have had to protect “pro choice” supporters during their legal protest. I CANNOT STAND the “Westboro Baptists” and have had to protect them during their legal protest. I carried out my duty to the people whether I agreed with it or not. Police officers are not given a choice of what laws to enforce and they certainly cannot make choices based on their own special interests. There may come a time when police officers are given a choice to support a corrupt government or the people they are sworn to protect. I pray my brothers and sisters make the right choice.
