If that doesn’t stop them one to the ocular cavity. At 20 feet, it only takes one and a half seconds for a perp to be on you. Shooting to wound or a warning shot is the surest way to lose the fight. You decide – do you want to be the victor or the victim? These people were very lucky in the fact the intrusion was not a home invasion.

  No plea deal will be forthcoming. Why? The prosecutor is hell bent on trying the case as Murder 2. But, and this is the big but, there will be either an acquittal or hung jury. Remember, he has to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. There is plenty of reasonable doubt to go around. Witnesses that change their stories will be impeached by both sides and in the final analysis, it will be forensics that will weigh the case in favor of Z.

  @nep the idiot, Peaceful protesters do not try to hide their identity with masks. Peaceful demonstrators don’t scream they want dead cops. Peaceful protesters don’t carry knives. Peaceful protesters don’t hurl human waste at another person. Peaceful protesters don’t try to bust through a police line.

  Human waste is a biological hazard and depending on diseases that may be present could be considered an assault with a deadly weapon. The cops showed restraint; there were no protesters shot.

  Just by the office of Secretary of State of Arizona he has legitimate reason to request the information. This is pure bull, and I hope the Secretary of State, just tells them I need it because I hold that position and it is my duty to protect the citizens of my state. I would then tell Hawaii that they have 14 days to comply or Obama‘s name doesn’t go on the ballot. See how that would work out. I bet Obama’s lawyers would be apoplectic.

  Wrong. Although some may have governors, I have been on plenty of interstates where they are traveling along at 65+. Many of the drivers are good, thoughtful and professional. Others, I wouldn’t let drive my lawn tractor down my driveway. Also, there is the “kid element” of distractions. I don’t know about you, but a bunch of teenagers jabbering and laughing can be very distracting. Oh, and since they didn’t do it on purpose, it is an accident.
