  I saw my granddaughter at 12 hours old. The thought of someone sticking a pair of scissors into the base of her skull is loathsome. If you cannot see the atrocity here then you do not have an ounce of compassion in your body.

  I am a woman and I agree with Mike somewhat on the maternity issue. I do not know how you can run a business and have a percentage of your work force off for 3 months. What happens to continuity. There was someone to replace Megyn-but how about smaller businesses. Her comment about the rest of the modern world requires paid maternity. Well look at those countries now-most are imploding just because of programs like that.
