  Joy (ironic) BayMaher has such wit and intellect. Her Wikipedia profile describes her as “An American comedian, writer, actress, and co host of the talk show The View”. I would like to submit this profile needs an overhaul. If it were an honest description of Ms. BayMaher it would read more like this.

  ” An UN-American, tragedian, scribbler, dolt, and bomb thrower on the talk show The View ”

  This “woman” has the right to be on the air and say this kind of stuff, but I won’t comment on the wisdom of having such an abhorrent personality on a day time talk show, or CNN giving this blether a conduit to spread her nefarious rhetoric.

  I have seen a lot worse than this at college and professional sporting events in the parking lot, in the stands, and in the restrooms when two opposing fans get into “it” … “The Blackhole” in Oakland comes to mind. Just because this took place at a political event doesn’t mean it warrants this much attention. I took in this morning’s news casts local and national, (by the way this “woman” doesn’t have a scratch on her) and have heard every point of view except, “look at what these idiots last night outside the Rand Paul debate.” If you walk into Fenway Park wearing a Yankees jersey, a wig,carrying a big a$$ sign that says “RED SOX SUCK ” and rush the field you would get way worse than what is shown here in this video. One might even say you were asking for it,or got what you deserved.

  now on the note that this was at a political event :
  This is the last place we need some shifty character lurking in the shadows wearing a disguise…
  I can think of four situations off the top my head that it would have been really nice to see someone jump in and preempt any real violence….Lincoln, JFK, RFK and MLK all could have used an intervention of this sort…

  oh and since when did restraining someone become defined as violence ??? Did I miss the memo on that one ?

  My first thought is that this is a terrible analogy considering if the car was in the ditch when he got into office, he punched the accelerator,and got the car stuck,then kept on the accelerator. The first thing to blow were the tires,kept on the accelerator,then finally the engine blew…then he and Pelosi got a tow truck,towed the heap to the edge of a cliff and pushed it over the edge…that is where we are right now at the bottom of the ravine with a seized engine !!!!

  No I don’t care what anyone tells me, last time I checked I still have the right to self-defense. It would be foolish of you to be so presumptuous. However, I think you are correct in your assessment that the Progressives have played their hand too early…..
