  You bleeding heart ‘wanna be’ conservatives amuse me. The fact is that the nation is leaning far left because of your apathy over the past 20 years. Pursuit of wealth, the bigger better house, the concept that someone else will deal with things have all lead to this point. You allowed us to get here through inaction and complacency. But now you want to scream and cry foul. Where were you a decade ago? How about 2?

  You sat there and supposedly voted, though I bet many of you didn’t do that. Did you get involved at the schools? Join the PTA? Run for local office? Did you even know that any of this was going on?
  You got just what you asked for, be it from apathy at the time or simple inaction. Either way the time to get involved was then. Now all you can do is whine and complain, talk like big men over annonomys internet blogs, and in general make fools of yourself. You brought this all on yourselves, and now you can’t stop it. Too bad for you.

  Even now, you will sit in your chairs, drink your beer and watch monster trucks football Idol trash TV and not call the schools, look up an email to express your opinions, write congress or even get involved locally. Don’t blame the liberals, politics are an active game, and you chose not to play.

  If I don’t want you to have your constitutional rights, would it be OK to meet them with violence and force to stop you from exercising them? Is that thought OK with you?

  It’s free speech. You have it. We all have it. Ventura exercised it (though we do not know the true words stated). This guy is playing up for publicity. He as well as venture are dolts. He dispensed his “justice” while infringing on another’s rights. He is also a coward having run away rather than face the consequence of what he did.

  Wow, you don’t get it either. In America you can say what you want. There are courts to decide if it is wrong or needs to be stopped. THINK about what ya’ll are saying a moment.

  Sure, Kyle did his part in the war, and did it well. The Military defends us and our constitution. Yet he decides what is offensive and hits another adult exercising his free speech. One of the very rights the guy went to war to defend.

  Either could have walked away. Both should have. But let’s look at LAW. Had he called the police and said “he’s saying things I don’t like”, after they were done laughing at him the most that would have happened would be the police send them to different corners or on their way. But that isn’t enough for the putz. So because he doesn’t like some ‘words’, he hits him, an assault. At that he hit a 60 year old man. And at that he ran away.

  Separate the issue of his war record from the issue of constitutional rights. He trampled them, and ran away. Typical bully activity. And those of you applauding him are simply willing vigilantes who would force their version of justice on others. How would you like it someone censors your words with force? Good for the goose, good for the gander….

  You really believe that when they guy hits someone to make him shut up? Are you saying this guy stands for free speach as long as its his? He trampled the very rights he is supposedly protecting. Think about it, dufus A says something. Dufus B takes offense. Dufas A repeats it. Dufas B hits him.

  In the world of right and wrong, Venture is still an idiot but he was excercising free speach. Dufus B was attempting to infringe his right to free speach. How simple is this?

  Look, the guy has a book out, is in the hands of marketers attempting to make a buck. The skull image, controversy is all a structured apprach to gain notarity. You, as with most of America fall for it all.

  I do not belittle what he did to help out our other troops. I do maintain he is a speach censuring idiot buffoon.

  First of all, that was a violation of site terms, but thats cool. You see, there words. Doesnt matter what you say, it doesnt affect me.

  I have repeatedly said that Venture is also an idiot player in this situatiion as well as his views. My point is that he has teh right to say them. As for Kyle, yes he did in fact attempt to censor someone based on HIS PERSONAL VALUES. He hit an old guy to make him shut up. Idiot bullies do that. Children do that. But a grown, mature, normally balanced adult? You kind iof made my point, but then again you probably think two wrongs make a right.

  Wow, your poor misdirected fools. The facts are this: The military is deployed to protect our vital interests and the Constiution. The Constitution protects free speech,

  Thos of you who say that Ventura is an idiot, I agree. But the true fact is that he excersises his Constitutional rights, one of them being free speach. Along comes a military guy that played god with over 160 lives. Yes, he saved our troops, and yes he served our nation. But thwe disconnect he has is that he fought for our right to speak our minds. And HE chooses to censor it, and when it isnt he decides to play judge and jury and implement his justice.

  Look, Venture should have shut up, left, walked away, whatever. But so should Mr. Bad A**. I always find it funny that those who defend our constitution are so willing to trample on the very rights they are to defend.

  Is it bravado that the military guys band together? Is it a common hate of anyone who doesn’t share their views? Is it right to inflict personal justice when there is a system that will address it? Stop and think folks, name any communist, socialist, facist or other empire that did not censure speach. You don’t see a problem with that?
