  correct me if i’m wrong, but doesn’t the president have the constitutional ability to “order a special session of congress.” Isn’t that what the president is doing? what’s wrong with that?

  I like Stewart. I disagree with him politically, but I like him. The problem is that he doesn’t understand the impact he has. The youth are watching comedy shows like his more and more as a replacement to to news. The result is that he becomes a newscaster. He may not think he’s a newscaster (because he technically isn’t) but to many he is. His comedy becomes the foundation for many student’s ideologies; and his comedy is generally liberal.
